General Requirements for Registration in the UPNVJ Radiology Specialist Education Program

  1. Indonesian Citizen Doctors who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine who have been accredited based on the LAM-PTKes criteria;
  2. Have GPA for Bachelor of Medicine and Professional Doctor respectively:
    1. For prospective applicants who have graduated from an A-accredited study program, minimum GPA ≥ 2.50 on a scale of 4 or equivalent;
    2. For prospective applicants who have graduated from a study program accredited B with a minimum of ≥ 2.75 on a scale of 4 or equivalent;
    3. For prospective applicants who have graduated from a C-accredited study program, the minimum must be ≥ 3.00 on a scale of 4 or equivalent.

GPA calculation = Total grades (S1+Profession) / number of SKS (S1 + Profession) (Transcripts with conversion grades do not apply)

  1. Maximum age 35 years when starting education (September 1);
  2. Have completed medical professional education for at least 1 (one) year starting from being declared to have passed the Indonesian Doctor Competency Test (UKDI)/UKMPPD;
  3. Have completed the Indonesian doctor internship program;
  4. Not currently taking specialist medical professional education selection at another university during the same period;
  5. Indonesian doctors with TNI/Polri/ASN status.
  6. Regional Representative ASN Participants/Government Agencies who come from the DTPK (Border and Islands Disadvantaged Regions) area which has a hospital with radiology service facilities but does not yet have a Radiology Specialist;
  7. Participants with Non-ASN status who come from areas that receive recommendations from hospitals in the DTPK area (Border and Island Disadvantaged Areas);
  8. Independent Participants who receive a letter of recommendation from the regional government and are willing to be placed in the DTPK (Border and Islands Disadvantaged Regions) area.

  2. Make payment for the registration form in the amount of: Rp. 750,000. Payment procedures can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
  3. When registering, upload the required documents as follows:
  1. Original Scan of Application Letter to take Professional Education as a Specialist Doctor in Radiology, Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, written in your own hand (in block letters) addressed to the Chancellor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta via the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, copy to the Head of the Study Program related to the FK UPN “Veteran” Jakarta environment (template can be downloaded here )
  2. Original Photo Proof of Payment for Registration Form;
  3. Recent passport photo with a maximum size of 500kb (red background);
  4. Original Scan legalizes the accreditation certificate for the medical education study program and the medical profession when the applicant graduates;
  5. Original Scan of Original Bappenas TPA or Government Agency Certificate that is still valid, with a minimum TPA 450;
  6. Original Scan of International standard English language proficiency certificate (TOEFL ITP, TOEFL IBT) which is still valid for a maximum of 2 years after the expiry date of the certificate, with a TOEFL English proficiency score ≥ 450 from an institution recognized by UPNVJ (The British Institute (TBI), Language Institute International University of Indonesia (LBIUI), Indonesian Australia Language Foundation (IALF), Educational Testing Service, British Council);
  7. Scan of original valid Identity Card (KTP)/Passport;
  8. Original Scan of Bachelor of Medicine (S.Ked) diploma legalized by the head of the issuing Faculty;
  9. Original Scan of Doctor's (Dr.) Professional Diploma legalized by the head of the issuing Faculty;
  10. Original Scan of Bachelor of Medicine (S.Ked) academic transcript legalized by the head of the issuing Faculty. (does not accept Achievement Index conversion);
  11. Original scan of medical professional (dr.) academic transcript legalized by the head of the issuing faculty (does not accept Achievement Index conversion);
  12. Original Scan of Registration Certificate (STR) from the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI) which is still valid;
  13. Original scan of the first and last issue of a doctor's practice permit (SIP);
  14. Original Scan of proof (grades) of graduation and having passed the Indonesian Doctor Competency Test (UKDI)/Medical Professional Education Student Competency Test (UKMPPD);
  15. Original Scan Certificate of having worked for a minimum of 6 months by the head of a special institution for doctors carrying out an Internship;
  16. Original Scan of Recommendation Letter from the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) from the Branch Manager where he is domiciled stating that he has never committed malpractice and has never violated the Medical Code of Ethics;
  17. Original Scan of Healthy Body Certificate from the UPN "Veteran" Clinic Jakarta including color blindness examination (not color blind);
  18. Original Scan of Drug Free Certificate with 6 Parameters from UPN "Veteran" Clinic Jakarta;
  19. Original Scan Laboratory examination results free from Hepatitis B and C and free from HIV;
  20. Original Scan of Police Record Certificate (SKCB) from City Resort Police (Polresta) level. Especially for prospective applicants who come from TNI and POLRI agencies, SKCK is issued from their respective legalized units;
  21. Original Scan of PTT Appointment and Placement Decree, as well as Certificate of Completion of Service Period from the Ministry of Health for those who have carried out PTT;
  22. Original Scan of Civil Servant Candidate Decree (80%) or Civil Servant Appointment Decree (100%) for applicants with Civil Servant status;
  23. Original Scan of the First Warrant (Sprin) and the last Warrant (Sprin) for applicants from the TNI and POLRI;
  24. Original scan of certificate/statement of financing guarantee from the sending agency for registrants sent by government or private agencies;
  25. Original scan of recommendation letter that has been signed by the recommender (letter template can be downloaded here );
  26. Original scan of certificate of congress/seminar/scientific meeting/course and research in the scientific field of related study program that has been attended;
  27. Original scan of statement letter of not currently studying PPDS-1 at another university during the same period (Letter template can be downloaded here ).
  28. Original Scan of Statement of Willingness and Ability to pay Institutional Development Contributions (SPI) (Letter template can be downloaded here ).

Selection Stage for Radiology Specialist Education Program:

Admission of new students is carried out in 3 (three) selection stages, namely:

  1. Stage 1 Administrative Selection
    Namely validation of registration requirements and documents. Applicants who meet the requirements will be called to take part in stage 2 selection.
  2. Stage 2 Substantive Selection
    Stage 2 selection consists of a series of tests including:
    1. MMPI test;
    2. General medical knowledge test, especially radiology (multiple choice questions, totaling 75 questions to be completed in 1.5 hours); And

The results of the 2nd stage selection will be used as input in coordination meetings with the Dean, Head of Study Program (Kaprodi), Ka. The Radiology Installation will then determine prospective students who will take part in stage 3 selection.

  1. Stage 3 Selection Interview Test

Stage 3 selection takes the form of an interview test conducted face to face by a team consisting of the Dean of FK UPNVJ (or representing the Dean as head of the TEAM), Head of the Study Program (Kaprodi), Secretary of the Study Program (Sesprodi), teaching staff appointed by the Dean FK UPNVJ, as well as other parties deemed necessary and relevant for interview selection. The duration of the interview is set at a maximum of 1 (one) hour with interview material in the form of topics including:

  1. Appearance of professional behavior;

  2. Motivation;

  3. Ability to communicate;

  4. Ability to complete education both in academic and funding aspects; And

  5. Ability to conduct research.

Admission Requirements

Decision Making System

The final selection results were decided in a meeting between the Dean of FK UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, the Head of the Study Program, and the Head of the Radiology Installation of the Department of Radiological Sciences according to the capacity. The results of the decision are submitted to the Chancellor to be determined as participants who have passed the selection for new student admissions.

Announcement of Graduation of the Radiology Specialist Education Program

Announcement of graduation results is announced via the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta New Student Admissions Registration page at https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.

Re-register for the Radiology Specialist Education Program

Prospective new students who are declared to have passed are required to re-register by paying the Tuition Fee and uploading re-registration documents via https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id/
