Requirements
- Prospective registrants are graduates of Nursing Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta;
- Graduates before this academic year (Even semester) are required to attach a photocopy of certificate and score transcripts;
- Graduates before this academic year (Even semester) are required to take the Selection Exam in the form of a written test and interview (Instructions for written exams and interviews will be informed via Whatsapp Group.);
- Have a health affidavit from a clinic/hospital/public health center;
- Have a Permission Letter from Parents/Guardians; download the template here
- Have a Statement Letter of willingness to implement the Covid-19 Protocol; download the template here
- Have a Statement Letter of willingness to accept risks and able to protect themself in accordance with Health Protocols; download the template here
- Have a Statement Letter of ability to comply with the enforced regulations (only for those who are already working); download the template here
- Able to follow learning methods both online and offline, in accordance with the provisions of the Nursing Profession Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veterans Jakarta;
- Pay the registration form fee of Rp. 350.000,- (three hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) by mentioning the Form Number. This academic year (Even semester) graduates pay the Registration Form Fee of Rp. 100,000, - (one hundred thousand rupiah). Payment can be made at BNI (Teller and ATM). The registration fee that has been paid is non-refundable.

Enrollment Procedures
- Contact the Faculty to find out if there's any other additional requirements
- Create a registration account on the registration page here and save form number and PIN obtained after you have finished creating a registration account. This form number will be used to make payments at the bank.
- Pay the registration form fee of Rp. 350.000,- (three hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) by mentioning the Form Number. This academic year (Even semester) graduates pay the Registration Form Fee of Rp. 100,000, - (one hundred thousand rupiah). Payment can be made at BNI (Teller and ATM).
- Complete the online registration process here
- Prepare scanned documents below (minimum size 150KB and maximum 800KB for each file; scanned documents must be clearly legible for verification purposes), uploaded at the time of online registration:

- Print the Participant Card after finalizing the online registration. The Participant Card is used for re-registration purposes if you are declared accepted as a prospective student of the medical profession program.

- For graduates before this academic year (Even semester): colour scan of the certificate and score transcripts. For this academic year (Even semester) graduates: a scan of Graduation Verification Letter (SKL) from their Faculty
- Colour scan of the vaccination certificates until the second dose
- Colour scan of the active BPJS Health Card or other insurance card
