CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO BACHELOR PROGRAMS AND DIPLOMA PROGRAMS THREE NATIONAL SELECTION RESULTS BASED ON TESTS
JAKARTA “VETERAN” NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY 2023

In order to accept new students for the Undergraduate Program (S-1) and Diploma Three Program (D-3) as a result of the National Selection Based on Tests (SNBT) of the National Development University (UPN) "Veteran" Jakarta in 2023, we hereby convey the following:

  1. Filling in Personal Identity
  1. All prospective new students are required to:
  1. fill in personal identity referring to the data that was filled in during 2023 SNBT registration; And
  2. upload your identity document file via the uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using your 2023 SNBT participant number and date of birth.

Time to fill in your identity starts on Tuesday, June 20 2023 at 17.00 WIB until Saturday, June 24 2023 at 15.00 WIB.

  1. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SNBT in 2023 are required to carry out the following provisions:
  1. undergo a medical test with the following conditions:
  1. All prospective new students who are declared to have passed SNBT in 2023 are required to undergo a health test, namely a test free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances; And
  2. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SNBT in 2023 in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs are also required to undergo a color blindness medical test.
  1. medical tests can be done at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta which is located on Jalan Raya Limo, Limo District, Depok City 16515 Limo Campus, Medical Education and Research Center Building (UPNVJ MERce);
  2. health tests will be carried out on Thursday to Friday, 22 to 23 June 2023 from 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB;
  3. In the event that the test results are free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as referred to in Number 1) letter a) shows that the prospective new student does not meet the criteria (positive for Cocaine (COC) and Marijuana (THC)) then the prospective new student cannot continue the admission process new students from SNBT in 2023;
  4. In the event that the results of the color blindness test as referred to in Number 1) letter b) show that prospective new students for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs do not meet the criteria (color blindness), then the prospective new students cannot continue the process of accepting new students. SNBT 2023;
  5. Registration procedures and schedule for carrying out color blindness tests and narcotics and dangerous drug/substance tests will be further informed via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPN "Veteran" Jakarta social media (Make sure to follow UPN "Veteran" social media " Jakarta).
  1. Determination of Single Tuition Fee (UKT)
    1. The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2023 SNBT participant number and date of birth.
    2. The announcement of the UKT amount can be seen starting Tuesday, June 27 2023 at 15.00 WIB.
    3. Prospective new students can make payments and settlements according to the UKT that has been announced starting Tuesday, 27 June 2023 at 15.00 WIB until Friday, 7 July 2023 at 15.00 WIB via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) or Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN).
    4. The Payment Guide can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    5. Prospective new students who have made payments and repaid UKT and/or been designated as recipients of the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) can immediately re-register online via the page https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by Log in first using the 2023 SNBT participant number and date of birth.
    6. Re-registration online must be done no later than Friday, July 7 2023 at 23.59 WIB.
    7. For prospective new students, payment and settlement of UKT is carried out after the health test results are announced by the Committee.
    8. For prospective new students participating in KIP-K, verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient and paying attention to the following provisions:
  1. immediately complete filling in your personal identity;
  2. verification of KIP-K participant data is carried out on Wednesday, June 21 2023 to Saturday, June 24 2023 by verification officers from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta;
  3. officers will contact prospective new students via WhatsApp number with a video call and/or visit to their home address according to the data filled in on their personal identity;
  4. in carrying out the verification, the verification officer will show a letter of assignment;
  5. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced on Tuesday, 27 June 2023 at 15.00 WIB via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2023 SNBT participant number and date of birth; And
  6. UPN "Veteran" Jakarta will announce the UKT that must be paid and settled for KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients with a payment deadline no later than Friday, July 7 2023 at 15.00 WIB.
  7. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online ( online) until Friday, July 7 2023 at 23.59 WIB via the page https://regmaba.upnvj. ac.id by logging in first using the 2023 SNBT participant number and date of birth.
  1. Submission of Disputation of UKT Amount
    1. Prospective new students who object to the announced UKT amount can submit an objection by submitting supporting evidence online which is uploaded on the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the number SNBT participants in 2023 and date of birth.
    2. The time for submitting objections is Tuesday, June 27 2023 at 15.00 WIB to Friday, June 30 2023 at 15.00 WIB.
    3. The objections submitted by prospective new students will be clarified through an interview by the interview officer, namely by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance or the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Faculty Collaboration respectively.
    4. Prospective new students will be contacted via WhatsApp number ( video call ) according to their personal identity data (make sure the number entered when filling in your personal identity is active).
    5. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed.
    6. Interviews to refute the UKT amount will be held from Saturday, July 1 2023 to Monday, July 3 2023.
    7. For those who cannot be contacted, the UKT charged is in accordance with the UKT previously determined.
    8. The announcement of the UKT amount after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting Tuesday, July 4 2023 at 15.00 WIB via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by first logging in using the 2023 SNBT participant number and date of birth.
  1. UKT with status “Requires Verification”
    1. In the event that the UKT status of a prospective new student is " Requires Verification " then the prospective new student will be interviewed by an interview officer, namely the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance or the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Faculty Cooperation respectively.
    2. Prospective new students will be contacted via WhatsApp number according to their personal identity data.
    3. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed.
    4. The interview will be held on Wednesday, June 28 2023.
  1. UKT Payment after Disputation of UKT Amount
    1. Prospective new students can make payments and settle the UKT amount after the objection which is announced on Tuesday, July 4 2023 at 15.00 WIB until Friday, July 7 2023 at 15.00 WIB via BNI, BSI, or BTN.
    2. The UKT payment and repayment guide can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    3. Payment and settlement of the UKT amount after Friday, July 7 2023 at 15.00 WIB cannot be served and prospective new students will be declared to have withdrawn.
    4. Proof of payment receipt is uploaded when re-registering online .
  1. Re-registration
    1. Re-registration can be done after making a UKT payment and/or being designated as a KIP-K recipient.
    2. Prospective new students will re-register on Tuesday, July 4 2023 at 09.00 WIB until Friday, July 7 2023 at 23.59 WIB.
    3. The documents required to carry out re-registration are scanned original or colored documents which include:
    4. SNBT Participant Identity Card;
    5. Identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number);
    6. Family Card (KK);
    7. Diploma/SKL;
    8. Statement of Willingness to Pay UKT;
    9. Proof of Receipt of UKT Payment from the Bank;
    10. Statement Letter as a New Student;
    11. Color Blind Examination Result Letter from the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta (for Medical Faculty students only);
    12. Letter of test results for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances from the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta;
    13. Proof of Data Correctness;
    14. Proof of KIP-K Registration (if KIP-K recipient);
    15. KJP Card (if KJP holder);
    16. KJP Account Book (if KJP holder); And
    17. KJP Statement Letter to KJMU (if KJP holder).
  2. Cancellation of Prospective New Students

Prospective new students will have their right to become a UPN “Veteran” Jakarta student declared void if:

  1. Does not fulfill the provisions as intended in Numbers 1 to 7;
  2. Providing false information; And
  3. Late in re-registering from the predetermined schedule.
  1. Closing
    1. If a prospective new student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta but withdraws, all fees paid cannot be returned.
    2. All prospective new students are required to follow UPN "Veteran" Jakarta social media to stay up to date with the latest information.
