Announcement of 2022 SBMPTN UPN Veteran Jakarta Selection Graduation Results

ABOUT

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE GRADUATE PROGRAM RESULTING FROM JOINT SELECTION TO ENTER STATE UNIVERSITY IN 2022 AT JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

In the context of accepting new students for the Undergraduate Program (S-1) as a result of the 2022 State University Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) at Veteran National Development University (UPN) Jakarta, we hereby convey the following:

  1. Prospective new students who are determined to pass the 2022 SBMPTN are declared accepted at UPN Veteran Jakarta if they have fulfilled the conditions for accepting new students for the 2022 UPN Veteran Jakarta SBMPTN Undergraduate Program, which includes:
  1. filling in personal identity;
  2. determination of Single Tuition Fee (UKT);
  3. filing a dispute regarding the UKT amount;
  4. UKT with the status “Requires Verification”;
  5. UKT payment after dispute of UKT amount;
  6. re-registration;
  7. cancellation of prospective new students; And
  8. closing.
  1. Filling in Personal Identity
  1. All prospective new students are required to:
  1. fill in your personal identity referring to the data that was filled in during the 2022 SBMPTN registration; And
  2. upload the re-registration document file via the page https://uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2022 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
  3. Time to fill in your identity starts on Thursday, June 23 2022 at 19.00 WIB until Sunday, June 26 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
  1. For prospective new students who are declared to have passed the 2022 SBMPTN in the Health Sciences group which includes the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Public Health, Bachelor of Nutrition and Bachelor of Physiotherapy study programs, it is mandatory implement the following provisions:
  1. undergo a medical test with the following conditions:
  1. for prospective new students who are declared to have passed the 2022 SBMPTN in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs, they are required to undergo a health test which includes a color blindness test and a test for being free from narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances; And
  2. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SBMPTN in 2022 in the Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Public Health, Bachelor of Nutrition and Bachelor of Physiotherapy study programs are required to undergo a health test, namely a test free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances.
  1. medical tests are carried out at the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN Veteran Jakarta which is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta;
  2. health tests will be held on Monday, June 27 2022, 08.00 WIB to 15.00 WIB;
  3. in the event that the results of the color blindness test as referred to in Number 1) letter a) show that prospective new students for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs do not meet the criteria, then the prospective new students cannot continue the process of accepting new students from the 2022 SBMPTN results;
  4. in the event that the test results are free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as referred to in Number 1) indicate prospective new students for the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Public Health, Bachelor of Nutrition, and The Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree does not meet the criteria, so prospective students must undergo a retest according to the instructions of the doctor at the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN Veteran Jakarta; And
  5. Procedures for registering for health tests are informed via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPN Veteran Jakarta social media.
  1. For prospective new students who are declared to have passed SBMPTN in 2022 in the non-Health Sciences group which includes study programs Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Development Economics, Bachelor of Sharia Economics, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Communication Science, Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, and Bachelor's Degree in Law are mandatory implement the following provisions:
  1. undergo health tests, namely tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances;
  2. medical tests are carried out at the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN Veteran Jakarta which is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta; And
  3. The implementation schedule and registration procedures for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances tests will be further informed via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPN Veteran Jakarta social media.
  1. Determination of Single Tuition Fee (UKT)
    1. The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2022 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    2. The UKT announcement can be seen starting Tuesday 28 June 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
    3. Prospective new students can make payments and settlements according to the UKT that has been announced starting Tuesday, 28 June 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Wednesday 6 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
    4. Payment Guide can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    5. Prospective new students who have made payments and repaid UKT and/or been designated as recipients of the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) can immediately re-register online via the page https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by Log in first using the 2022 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    6. Re-registration online must be done no later than Wednesday, July 6 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
    7. For prospective new students at the Faculty of Medicine , payment and repayment of UKT is carried out after the results of medical tests which include color blindness tests and tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances are verified by the Committee.
    8. For prospective new students participating in KIP-K, verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient and paying attention to the following provisions:
  1. immediately complete filling in your personal identity;
  2. KIP-K participant data verification was carried out on Thursday, 23 June 2022 to Saturday, 25 June 2022 by verification officers from UPN Veteran Jakarta ;
  3. officers will contact prospective new students via WhatsApp number with a video call and/or visit to their home address according to the data filled in on their personal identity;
  4. in carrying out the verification, the verification officer will show a letter of assignment;
  5. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced on Tuesday, 28 June 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2022 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth; And
  6. UPN Veteran Jakarta will announce the UKT that must be paid and settled for KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients.
  7. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online until Wednesday, July 6 2022 at 23.59 WIB via the page https://regmaba.upnvj.ac .id by logging in first using the 2022 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
  1. Submission of Disputation of UKT Amount
    1. Prospective new students who object to the announced UKT amount can submit an objection by submitting supporting evidence online which is uploaded on the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the number SBMPTN participants in 2022 and date of birth.
    2. The time for submitting objections is Tuesday, June 28 2022 at 15.00 WIB to Thursday, June 30 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
    3. The objections submitted by prospective new students will be clarified through interviews by interview officers, namely the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance and the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Faculty Cooperation respectively.
    4. Prospective new students will be contacted via WhatsApp number ( video call ) according to their personal identity data.
    5. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed.
    6. Interviews will be held to refute the amount of UKT from Friday, July 1 2022 to Saturday, July 2 2022. The interview schedule can be seen via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id .
    7. For those who cannot be contacted, the UKT charged is in accordance with the UKT previously determined.
    8. The announcement of the UKT amount after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting Monday, July 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2022 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
  1. UKT with status “Requires Verification”
    1. In the event that the UKT status of a prospective new student is " Requires Verification " then the prospective new student will be interviewed by an interview officer, namely the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance and the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Faculty Cooperation respectively.
    2. Prospective new students will be contacted via WhatsApp number according to their personal identity data.
    3. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed.
    4. The interview will be held on Wednesday, June 29 2022.
  1. UKT Payment after Disputation of UKT Amount
    1. Prospective new students can make payments and settle the UKT amount after the objection which is announced on Monday, July 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Wednesday, July 6 2022 at 15.00 WIB via BNI or BSI.
    2. The UKT payment and repayment guide can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    3. Payment and repayment of the UKT amount after Wednesday, July 6 2022 at 15.00 WIB cannot be served and prospective new students will be declared to have withdrawn.
    4. Proof of payment receipt is uploaded when re-registering online .
  1. Re-registration
    1. Prospective new students will re-register on Tuesday, June 28 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Wednesday, July 6 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
    2. The documents required to carry out re-registration are scanned original or colored documents which include:
  1. SBMPTN Participant Identification Card;
  2. Identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number);
  3. Family Card (KK);
  4. Diploma/SKL;
  5. Statement of Willingness to Pay UKT;
  6. Proof of Receipt of UKT Payment from the Bank;
  7. Statement Letter as a New Student;
  8. Letter of Color Blind Examination Results from the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN Veteran Jakarta (for Medical Faculty students only);
  9. Letter of test results for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances from the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN Veteran Jakarta;
  10. Proof of Data Correctness;
  11. Proof of KIP-K Registration (if KIP-K recipient);
  12. KJP Card (if KJP holder);
  13. KJP Account Book (if KJP holder); And
  14. KJP Statement Letter to KJMU (if KJP holder).
  1. Cancellation of Prospective New Students
    Prospective new students will have their right to become a UPN Veteran Jakarta student declared void if:
  1. Does not fulfill the provisions as intended in Numbers 1 to 7;
  2. Providing false information; And
  3. Late in re-registering from the predetermined schedule
  1. Closing
  1. If a prospective new student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta but withdraws then all fees paid are non-refundable.
