Announcement of 2022 UPN Veteran Jakarta SNMPTN Selection Graduation Results

RECTOR OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) who are declared to have passed through the 2022 State University Entrance National Selection (SNMPTN) . Participants who are declared to have passed the 2022 SNMPTN selection can only be declared accepted at UPN Veteran Jakarta if they fulfill the stipulations. New student admissions are as follows:

  1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):
    1. All prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for SNMPTN in 2022) and upload the supporting files used via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the year's SNMPTN participant number. 2022 and date of birth. When filling in your identity, prospective new students are also required to upload school accreditation and report cards for semesters 1 - 5. Filling time starts from March 29 2022 at 19.00 WIB to April 1 2022 at 17.00 WIB.
    2. For prospective new students whose Graduation Route has the status "Achievement Verification Required" on the uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id page, the prospective student will be interviewed by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of each Faculty) who will contact the prospective student via WhatsApp number. Just enter it when filling in your personal identity. Prospective new students can prepare original achievement documents entered during SNMPTN registration, prepare information sources for championships/competitions (Websites) before conducting interviews. Achievement verification interviews will be carried out from 3 - 4 April 2022. For prospective students who cannot prove the achievements entered during SNMPTN registration during the interview, they can determine the status of accepting new students at UPN Veteran Jakarta as not accepted. The status of whether Achievement Verification has been accepted or not accepted can be seen on April 5 2022 at 13.00 WIB on the uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    3. Especially for prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Health sciences (S1 Medicine, S1 Pharmacy, S1 Nursing, S1 Public Health, S1 Nutrition and S1 Physiotherapy study programs) are required to take a health test (including color blindness and drug free tests). Health tests are carried out at the UPN Veteran Polyclinic Jakarta Jl. Rs. Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The Health Test will be carried out on April 4 2022 at 08.00 WIB – 14.00 WIB. The results of the medical test will determine whether prospective new students meet the requirements to attend education at UPN Veteran Jakarta. The health test registration mechanism will be informed later via the website penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPN Veteran Jakarta social media.
    4. Especially for prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in non-Health science groups (study programs Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Development Economics, Bachelor of Sharia Economics, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Marine Engineering, Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Communication Science, S1 International Relations, S1 Political Science, S1 Informatics, S1 Information Systems, and S1 Law) are required to carry out a drug test. The test was carried out at the UPN Veteran Jakarta Polyclinic Jl. Rs. Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The drug test implementation schedule and registration mechanism will be informed later via the penmaru.upnvj.ac.id website and UPN Veteran Jakarta social media.
    5. The UKT announcement can be seen starting April 5 2022 at 13.00 WIB. The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    6. Prospective new students can make payments according to the UKT that has been announced starting April 5 2022 at 13.00 WIB until April 15 2022 at 15.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking.     7. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online via the website https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth. Re-register online no later than April 15 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
    8. Especially for prospective new students at the Faculty of Medicine, UKT payments can only be made after the statement document and the results of the physical and spiritual health tests as well as the color blindness test have been verified by the committee.
    9. Especially for prospective students whose graduation pathway is Achievement, UKT payments can only be made after their achievement verification status is appropriate.
    10. For prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K), verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient ( Make sure to immediately complete Filling in Your Personal Identity ) :
      1. The data verification process for KIP-K participants will be carried out from March 29 - April 1 2022 by verification officers from UPN Veteran Jakarta. The officer will contact via WhatsApp number (video call) and/or visit the home address that the prospective new student entered when filling in their identity (the verification officer will show a verification assignment letter).
      2. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth. The announcement of the determination of KIP-K recipients can be seen on April 5 2022 at 13.00 WIB.
      3. KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN Veteran Jakarta
    11. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):
      Prospective new students who object to the UKT can submit an objection to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first. previously used the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth. The time for submitting objections is April 5 2022 at 13.00 WIB to April 7 2022 at 17.00 WIB.
    12. The UKT rebuttal interview will be carried out by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the respective Faculty) who will contact via the WhatsApp number (video call) of prospective new students which is entered when filling in their personal identity. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed. Interviews will be held April 11-13 2022 . The interview schedule can be seen via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
    13. For prospective new students whose Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is with the status "Requires Verification" , the prospective student will be interviewed by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of each Faculty) who will contact via the WhatsApp number of the prospective new student which is filled in when fill in your identity. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed . Interviews will be held April 11-13 2022.
    14. The announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting April 14 2022 at 11.00 WIB. The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after providing objections and being interviewed, will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth .
    15. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting April 14 2022 at 11.00 WIB until April 15 2022 at 15.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
    16. Payments after April 15 2022 at 15.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. The payment receipt will then be uploaded when re-registering online .
    17. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately proceed to the Online Re-Registration stage until April 15 2022 at 23.59 WIB via the website https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in First use the 2022 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    18. Re-registration documents include:
      1. Original Scan (Color) of SNMPTN Participant Identification Card
      2. Original Scan (Color) of Identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number)
      3. Original Scan (Color) of Family Card (KK)
      4. Original Scan (Color) of Diploma/SKL
      5. Original Scan (Color) of Statement of Willingness to Pay UKT
      6. Original Scan (Color) of Receipt of UKT Payment from BANK
      7. Original Scan (Color) of Statement Letter as a New Student
      8. Original Scan (Color) Proof of Data Correctness Results
      9. Original Scan (Color) of Proof of KIP-K Registration (If KIP-K Recipient)
      10. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Card (If KJP Holder)
      11. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Account Book (If KJP Holder)
      12. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Statement Letter to KJMU (If KJP Holder)
  2. Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN Veteran Jakarta students canceled if it turns out that:
    1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated above;
    2. Providing false information;
    3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.
  3. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned.
