RECTOR OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

This was announced to prospective new students at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) who were declared to have passed through the 2021 State University Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN). Announcement of participants passing the SBMPTN can be seen via the page http://pengumuman-sbmptn.ltmpt.ac. id/ . Participants who are declared to have passed the 2021 SBMPTN selection can only be declared accepted at UPN Veteran Jakarta if they fulfill the following mandatory requirements for accepting new students:

  1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):
    1. All prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for SBMPTN in 2021) and upload the supporting files used via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the UTBK participant number- SBMPTN 2021 and date of birth. Filling time starts from 14 June 2021 at 16.00 WIB to 18 June 2021 at 15.00 WIB.
    2. Especially for prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, they are required to take a medical test. Taking into account the national situation regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, medical tests can be carried out at the local hospital close to the prospective student's domicile. Health tests include physical and spiritual health tests as well as color blindness tests. At the stage of filling in personal identity and determining single tuition fees (UKT), prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs are required to follow the following stages:
      1. Upload a statement letter regarding the health test (letter template can be downloaded) via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id after logging in.
      2. Upload health test results that show you are physically and mentally healthy and not color blind via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
      3. Fill out the motivational exploratory survey via the link on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id . Filling time starts from 14 June 2021 at 16.00 WIB to 18 June 2021 at 15.00 WIB .
      4. A statement letter regarding medical tests and the results of medical tests as well as an exploratory motivation survey shows that prospective new students meet the requirements to take education at the Faculty of Medicine, UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    3. The UKT announcement can be seen starting June 18 2021 at 19.00 WIB. The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    4. Prospective new students can make payments according to the UKT that has been announced starting June 18 2021 at 19.00 WIB until June 25 2021 at 16.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
    5. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments can immediately re-register online via the website https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participant number and date of birth. Re-register online no later than June 25 2021 at 23.59 WIB .
    6. Especially for prospective new students at the Faculty of Medicine, UKT payments can only be made after the statement document and the results of the physical and spiritual health tests as well as the color blindness test have been verified by the committee.
    7. For prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K), verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient:
      1. The data verification process for KIP-K participants will be carried out from 14 - 17 June 2021 by verification officers from UPN Veteran Jakarta. The officer will contact via Whatsapp number (video call) the prospective new student which is entered when filling in their personal identity (The verification officer will show a verification assignment letter). Make sure the Whatsapp number entered is active.
      2. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participant number and date of birth. The announcement of the determination of KIP-K recipients can be seen on June 18 2021 at 19.00 WIB.
      3. KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    8. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):
      Prospective new students who object to the UKT can submit an objection to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first. First, use the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participant number and date of birth. The time for submitting objections is June 18 2021 at 19.00 WIB to June 21 2021 at 16.00 WIB.
    9. The UKT rebuttal interview will be conducted by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the respective Faculty) who will contact via the WhatsApp number (video call) of prospective new students which is entered when filling in their identity (Make sure the Whatsapp number entered is active). Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed. Interviews will be held on 22 – 24 June 2021 . The interview can begin after the participant completes the UKT rebuttal application. The interview schedule can be seen via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
    10. For prospective new students whose Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has the status "Requires Verification" , the prospective student will be interviewed by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of each Faculty) who will contact via the Whatsapp number of the prospective new student which is filled in when Fill in your personal identity (Make sure the Whatsapp number you enter is active). Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed. Interviews will be held June 19 – 20 2021 .
    11. The announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting June 24 2021 at 19.00 WIB . The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after providing objections and being interviewed, will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    12. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting June 24 2021 at 19.00 WIB until June 25 2021 at 16.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
    13. Payments after June 25 2021 at 16.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. The payment receipt will then be uploaded when re-registering online.
    14. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately proceed to the Online Re-Registration stage until June 25 2021 at 23.59 WIB via the website https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in First use the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    15. Re-registration documents include:
      1. Original Scan (Color) of the 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN Participant Identity Card
      2. Original Scan (Color) of Identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number)
      3. Original Scan (Color) of Family Card (KK)
      4. Original Scan (Color) of Diploma/SKL
      5. Original Scan (Color) of Statement of Willingness to Pay UKT
      6. Original Scan (Color) of Receipt of UKT Payment from BANK
      7. Original Scan (Color) of Statement Letter as a New Student
      8. Original Scan of Certificate of Physical and Spiritual Health and Not Color Blind From Hospital
      9. Original Drug Free Certificate accompanied by lab results. from Hospitals/Puskesmas/Clinics/BNN
      10. Original Scan (Color) Proof of Data Correctness Results
      11. Original Scan (Color) of Proof of KIP-K Registration (If KIP-K Recipient)
      12. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Card (If KJP Holder)

  2. Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN Veteran Jakarta students canceled if it turns out that:
    1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated above;
    2. Providing false information;
    3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted
  3. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned.
