ANNOUNCEMENT

RECTOR OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPNVJ) who are declared to have passed through the 2020 State University Entrance National Selection (SNMPTN) . Participants who are declared to have passed the 2020 S NMPTN selection can only be declared accepted at UPN Veteran Jakarta if they meet the requirements The provisions for accepting new students are as follows :

  1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):
    1. All prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for SNMPTN in 2020) and upload the supporting files used via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the year's SNMPTN participant number. 2020 and date of birth. When filling in your identity, prospective new students are also required to upload school/department accreditation and report cards for semesters 1 - 5. Filling time is from 9 April 2020 at 10.00 WIB to 15 April 2020 at 16.00 WIB.
    2. Especially for prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, they are required to carry out a health test. Taking into account the national situation regarding the outbreak of COVID -19, the time for the health test will be announced later. At the stage of filling in personal identity and determining single tuition fees (UKT), prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs are required to follow the following stages:
      1. Upload a statement letter regarding the health test (letter template can be downloaded ) via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id during the upload stage of the health test statement letter.
      2. Fill out the motivational exploratory survey via survey.upnvj.ac.id. Filling time starts from April 9 2020 at 10.00 WIB to April 11 2020 at 16.00 WIB and prepare yourself to take part in a motivational exploratory interview which will be carried out at the same time as the health test and the schedule will be announced later by New Student Admissions Committee.
      3. The results of medical tests and exploratory motivational interviews conducted when conditions allow will determine whether or not the person concerned will be accepted as a student at the Faculty of Medicine, UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    3. The UKT announcement can be seen starting April 19 2020 at 10.00 WIB. The UKT amount for each prospective new student will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2020 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth.
    4. Prospective new students can make payments according to the UKT that has been announced starting 19 April 2020 at 10.00 WIB until 29 April 2020 at 16.00 WIB via Teller , ATM and Internet Banking . Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara -payment
    5. Especially for prospective new students at the Faculty of Medicine, UKT payments can only be made after the results of the health test and exploratory motivational interview show that the prospective new students meet the requirements to attend education at the Faculty of Medicine, UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    6. For prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K), verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient:
      1. The data verification process for KIP-K participants will be carried out from 9 - 16 April 2020 at 16.00 WIB by verification officers from UPNVJ. The officer will contact via Whatsapp ( video call ) number of prospective new students which is filled in when filling in their personal identity (The verification officer will show a verification assignment letter).
      2. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2020 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth. The announcement of the determination of KIP-K recipients can be seen on April 19 2020 at 10.00 WIB.
      3. KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    7. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):
      Prospective new students can submit objections to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the participant number SNMPTN 2020 and date of birth. The time for submitting objections is April 19 2020 at 11.00 WIB to April 21 2020 at 16.00 WIB.
    8. The UKT rebuttal interview will be carried out by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the respective Faculty) who will contact the prospective new student via Whatsapp ( video call ) number which is entered when filling in their identity (the verification officer will show the interview assignment letter). Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed. Interviews will be held on 22 – 23 April 2020. The interview schedule can be seen via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
    9. For prospective new students whose Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has the status "Requires Verification" , the prospective student will be interviewed by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of each Faculty) who will contact via the Whatsapp number of the prospective new student which is filled in when Fill in your personal identity (The verification officer will show you the interview assignment letter). Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed. Interviews will be held on 19 – 20 April 20. The interview schedule can be seen on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
    10. The announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting April 25 2020 at 16.00 WIB. The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after conducting an objection and being interviewed, will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2020 SNMPTN participant number and date born.
    11. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting April 25 2020 at 17.00 WIB until April 29 2020 at 16.00 WIB via Teller , ATM and Internet Banking .     12. Especially for prospective new students at the Faculty of Medicine, UKT payments can only be made after the results of the health test and exploratory motivational interview show that the prospective new students meet the requirements to attend education at the Faculty of Medicine, UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    13. Payments after April 29 2020 at 16.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. Payment receipts will then be uploaded when re-registering.
    14. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or are designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately proceed to the Re-registration stage until April 29 2020 at 23.59 WIB via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
    15. Especially for prospective new students at the Faculty of Medicine, you can immediately re-register after stating that you are willing to accept the UKT determined by UPN Veteran Jakarta.
    16. Proof of re-registration and Temporary Student Identity Card (KTM) can be downloaded starting April 30 2020 at 20.00 WIB via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2020 SNMPTN participant number and date of birth

Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN Veteran Jakarta students canceled if it turns out that:

  1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated above;
  2. Providing false information; And
  3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.

If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned .
