Announced to prospective new students at the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University (UPNVJ) who were declared to have passed through the 2019 State University Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) route (List Attached). Participants who are declared to have passed the 2019 SBMPTN at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, are required to fulfill the following new student admission requirements:

1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):

a. Prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for the 2019 SBMPTN) and upload the supporting files used via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2019 SBMPTN participant number and date. born. Filling time 9 July 2019 at 17.00 WIB to 12 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB

b. Prospective students who are accepted into the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs are required to undergo a health test. The medical test will be held on July 11 2019, 09.00 to 11.00 WIB at the UPNVJ Polyclinic, Building. Jendral Soedirman, 1st Floor, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta and carrying the 2019 SBMPTN participant card

c. The UKT announcement can be seen on July 15 2019 at 10.00 WIB . The UKT amount for each prospective new student will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2019 SBMPTN participant number. and date of birth

d. Prospective new students can make payments according to the UKT that has been announced starting 15 July 2019 at 11.00 WIB until 26 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB via Teller , ATM and BNI Internet Banking . The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran

e. For prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi, verification will be carried out first before being determined as a Bidikmisi recipient:

1) The data verification process for Bidikmisi participants will be carried out from 10 to 14 July 2019 by verification officers from UPNVJ. (The verification officer will bring an assignment letter)

2) The determination of Bidikmisi recipients will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2019 SBMPTN participant number and date of birth. The announcement of the determination of Bidikmisi recipients can be seen on July 16 2019 at 20.00 WIB

3) Bidikmisi participants who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

f. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):

Prospective new students can submit objections to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the SBMPTN participant number year 2019 and date of birth. The time for submitting objections starts from 15 July 2019 at 11.00 WIB to 17 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB

g. For prospective new students whose Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has the status "Requires Verification", prospective students accompanied by parents/guardians are required to attend on July 18 2019 at 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus. , Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta by bringing the original documents uploaded when filling in your identity card

h. The interview schedule for submitting objections will be announced on July 17 2019 at 19.00 WIB . The interview schedule will be announced on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id . Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to take part in the interview by bringing supporting evidence according to the interview schedule and location that has been previously announced on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id . Interview schedule 18 July 2019 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB to 19 July 2019 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB according to the schedule previously informed.

i. Seeing the announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the rebuttal interview on July 22 2019 at 20.00 WIB . The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after conducting an objection and being interviewed, will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2019 SBMPTN participant number and date born.

j. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting July 22 2019 at 21.00 WIB to July 26 2019 at 16.00 WIB via Teller , ATM and BNI Internet Banking . The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran

k. Payments after 26 July 2019 at 16.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. Payment receipts will then be submitted at the time of re-registration.

2. Re-register (Registration) on July 25 2019 or July 26 2019:

1) Print out 1 (one) sheet of the 2019 SBMPTN Participant Identification Card, if you don't have one, you can print it at https://penregistran-sbmptn.ltmpt.ac.id , use your email and password , then click the SBMPTN menu;  

2) 1 (one) photocopy of KTP identity or for those in the process of making KTP attach a photocopy of identity replacement certificate from the sub-district/district office;  

3) Photocopy of 1 (one) copy of Family Card (KK);

4) Original print out of 1 (one) UKT payment receipt from the Bank, except for participants who have been appointed by Bidikmisi;

5) Original print out of statement of willingness to pay in accordance with UKT determined by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The statement form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2019 SBMPTN registration number and date of birth first via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html in 1 (one) sheet and affixed with a 6,000 stamp, except for Bidikmisi participants which has been determined;

6) Original print out Proof of correct data results and proof of completion of personal identity 1 (one) set that has been completely filled in and affixed with a 6,000 stamp. The proof of data correctness form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2019 SBMPTN registration number and date of birth first on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id ;

7) Photocopy of 1 (one) copy of the school accreditation certificate/department accreditation from the Vocational School which has been legalized by the Principal;

8) 1 (one) set of photocopies of report cards from semester 1 to semester 6 which have been legalized by the Principal, if semester 6 is not available until semester 5;

9) 1 (one) copy of the diploma/STTB/Graduation Certificate (SKL) which has been legalized by the School Principal, for Package C diplomas legalized by the Head of the local City/Regency Education Office;

10) Photocopy of written equalization permit that has been approved by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education 1 (one) set for Foreign Citizens (WNA);

11) Print out the original statement letter as a new student with a stamp of 6,000 (format can be downloaded here ) in 1 (one) sheet. (After making payment);

12) Original drug free certificate and must be accompanied by 1 (one) laboratory result from the Hospital/Puskesmas/Clinic/BNN;

13) Original Health Test Results Letter from the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, 1 (one) sheet for students of the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs;

14) Photocopy of certificate/charter for those who have academic/non-academic achievements, 1 (one) each;

15) Especially for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holders, apart from completing the documents (items 1-14), they are required to submit a photocopy of the KJP card, their Account Book, and a Statement of Willingness to change KJP to KJMU, 1 (one) each;

16) Especially for Bidikmisi participants who have been designated, apart from completing documents (items 1-14), they are required to submit a print out of the Bidikmisi registration card which can be downloaded at http://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/siswa/default/login .

All the files mentioned above are included in a plastic button folder according to the following color requirements:

faculty of Economics and Business : Yellow

medical School : Green

Faculty of Engineering : Dark Blue

faculty of Social Science and Political Science : Purple

Faculty of Computer Science : Orange

faculty of Law : Red

Faculty of Health Sciences : Light Blue

and submitted during re-registration (Registration) at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta on July 25 2019 or July 26 2019.

Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN “Veteran” Jakarta students revoked, if it turns out that:

1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated above;

2. Providing false information; And

3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.
If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned.
