Based on the Announcement of the 2017 National Selection Results for State Universities (SNMPTN), students who are declared to have passed the selection as prospective students at the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University are required to carry out the following activities:

  1. Fill in the identity of prospective students ( 27 April - 01 May 2017 )
    Prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for SNMPTN 2017) and upload the supporting files used via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan by logging in first using your registration number SNMPTN 2017 and date of birth.
  2. Prospective students who are accepted into the Bachelor of Medical Education study program are tested for color blindness and physical and mental health . The test was held on April 28 2017, 08.00 to 11.30 WIB at the Faculty of Medicine, Cipto Mangunkusumo Building, 3rd floor, UPN "Veteran" Campus, Jakarta, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta and brought the 2017 SNMPTN participant card.
  3. See the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announcement ( May 2 2017 at 18.00 WIB )
    1. The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2017 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth.
  4. For prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi who have been awarded the Bidikmisi Scholarship ( May 3 2017 at 18.00 WIB ):
    1. The data verification process for Bidikmisi participants will be carried out from April 27 2017 to May 1 2017 by verification officers from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. (The verification officer will bring an assignment letter).
    2. The determination of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients will be announced (3 May 2017 at 18.00 WIB) via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2017 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth .
    3. Bidikmisi participants who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients will have their UKT announced by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
  5. Submissions for objections to the amount of Single Tuition Fee can be made on (3-5 May 2017)
    Prospective new students are given the opportunity to submit an objection to the announced Single Tuition Fee amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first Previously used the 2017 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth.
  6. The interview schedule for submitting objections will be announced on (6 May 2017 at 18.00 WIB). The interview schedule will be announced on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan
  7. Interview schedule for submission of objections (8 - 10 May 2017)
    Prospective students and parents/guardians who submit objections are required to take part in the interview by bringing supporting evidence according to the schedule and location of the interview which has been previously announced on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan
  8. Determination of Single Tuition Fee date (10 May 2017 at 21.00 WIB)
    The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after making an objection and being interviewed, will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the number 2017 SNMPTN registration and date of birth.
  9. Payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) (starting 27 April 2017 to 15 May 2017 online and closing at 23.59 WIB)
    1. UKT payments can be made by BNI Bank tellers and BNI ATMs.
      1. Payment instructions via BNI Bank teller:
        1. Prospective students go to the nearest BNI branch.
        2. Prospective students can make payments in cash or transfer.
        3. Prospective students mention the 2017 SNMPTN Registration Number obtained when registering for 2017 SNMPTN to the teller officer.
        4. The teller will verify the prospective student's payment information. (the teller will mention the name of the prospective student and the number of UKT to convince the prospective student)
        5. Prospective students make payments.
        6. Prospective students will receive a Prospective New Student Payment Receipt. The following is a student payment receipt which consists of information such as Institution Name, Payment Number, Student Identification Number, Student Name, Faculty, Department, Study Program, Registration Number, Total Payment, Transaction Number, and Bank Officer Approval.
        7. Keep the payment receipt carefully which will be submitted when re-registering.
      2. Payment instructions via BNI ATM:

    2. Payments after 15 May 2017 at 23.59 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn . Payment receipts will then be submitted at the time of re-registration (16 May 2017).
  10. Re-Registration (On-desk Registration Document Check)
    Prospective students must attend and must not be represented at:

    By submitting re-registration documents ( arranged sequentially ): All the files mentioned above are included in a plastic button folder according to the following color requirements:
    faculty of Economics and Business : Yellow
    medical School : Green
    Faculty of Engineering : Dark blue
    faculty of Social Science and Political Science : Purple
    Faculty of Computer Science : Orange
    faculty of Law : Red
    Faculty of Health Sciences : Light blue

    and submitted during re-registration (On-desk Registration Document Check) at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta on May 16 2017.
    1. Print out 1 (one) sheet of the 2017 SNMPTN Participant Identification Card. If you don't have one, you can print it at https://web.snmptn.ac.id/siswa/login , use NISN and password, then click the Registration menu;
    2. Copy of Identity (KTP or SIM) in the amount of (one) 1 sheet;
    3. Copy of 1 (one) copy of Family Card (KK);
    4. Original print out of 1 (one) UKT payment receipt from the Bank, except for participants who have been assigned a Bidikmisi Scholarship;
    5. Original print out of statement of willingness to pay in accordance with UKT determined by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The statement form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2017 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth first, on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html in 1 (one) sheet and affixed 6,000 stamp duty, except for Bidikmisi participants who have been determined;
    6. Original print out Proof of correct data results and proof of completion of personal identity 1 (one) set that has been completely filled in and affixed with a 6,000 stamp. The data proof form can be downloaded by logging in using the registration number and date of birth first on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan ;
    7. 1 (one) copy of the School Accreditation Certificate which has been legalized by the Principal;
    8. 1 (one) set of copies of report cards from semester 1 to semester 6 which have been legalized by the Principal, if semester 6 is not available until semester 5;
    9. 1 (one) copy of the diploma/STTB/Graduation Certificate (SKL) which has been legalized by the School Principal, for Package C diplomas legalized by the Head of the local City/Regency Education Office;
    10. Copy of written equalization permit that has been approved by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education 1 (one) set for Foreign Citizens (WNA);
    11. Original print out of the statement letter as a new student with a stamp of 6,000 (Format can be downloaded at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan ) 1 (one) sheet. (After making payment);
    12. Original drug-free certificate from the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) / Government General Hospital (RSUP) in the amount of 1 (one) sheet;
    13. Original letter of not being color blind, physically and mentally healthy from the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, 1 (one) sheet for students of the Undergraduate Medical Education study program;
    14. Copy of certificate/charter for those who have academic/non-academic achievements, 1 (one) copy each;
    15. Especially for Bidikmisi Scholarship participants who have been determined, apart from completing documents (items 1-13), they are required to submit a printed Bidikmisi registration card which can be downloaded at http://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/siswa/default/login.
  11. Penalty
    Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN “Veteran” Jakarta students revoked, if it turns out that:
    1. Does not fulfill the registration requirements as stipulated;
    2. Providing false information;
    3. Delay in registration from the predetermined schedule.

    1. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned;
