IMPLEMENTATION OF HEALTH TESTS FOR PARTICIPANTS PASSING THE INDEPENDENT SELECTION OF THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY "VETERAN" JAKARTA THREE DIPLOMA PROGRAM AND BACHELOR PROGRAM WAVE 2 YEAR 2023

Prospective new students who are declared to have passed the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University Independent Selection Pathway (SEMA UPNVJ) Batch 2 in 2023 are required to undergo a medical test with the following conditions:

1. for all prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2023, they are required to undergo a health test, namely a test free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances consisting of Amphethamine, Methamphethamine, Cocaine, Morphine, Marijuana and Benzodiazephine (6 Parameters);
2. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2023 in the Undergraduate Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Programs are also required to undergo a color blindness test;
3. medical tests can be done at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta which is located on Jalan Raya Limo, Limo District, Depok City 16515 Limo Campus, Medical Education and Research Center Building (UPNVJ MERce);
4. The health test will be held on Tuesday, August 1 2023 from 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB with the detailed schedule as follows:

5. for prospective new students who are unable to attend on Tuesday, 1 August 2023, we will continue to provide health tests at the UPNVJ Main Clinic on the Limo Campus on Wednesday, 2 August 2023 from 08.00 – 12.00 WIB and for prospective new students who are out of town and cannot yet take a health test on a predetermined schedule, please report it to WhatsApp number 0858-8302-2355
6. Health test: Prospective new students are required to bring a SEMA UPNVJ Batch 2 2023 card, proof of payment for the health test, and stationery;
7. Before undergoing a medical test, prospective new students must register first via the page https://kegiatan.upnvj.ac.id/ with guidelines that can be seen at the link https://s.id/tesnarkobaupnvj ;
8. Prospective new students must pay a narcotics and drug/hazardous substance free test fee of IDR 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) and specifically for prospective Medical Faculty Students (S1 Medicine and S1 Pharmacy) plus a blind test fee color of IDR 20,000.00 (twenty thousand Rupiah) payment can be made via teller , ATM, or internet banking at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). 9. proof of payment of medical test fees must be submitted when registering for the health test;
10. The flow of health tests is as follows:
    1. receive the summons sequence number from the queue officer;
    2. register by submitting proof of payment of medical test fees and SEMA UPNVJ Batch 2 Card for 2023 to the officer at the registration desk;
    3. fill out the attendance list and receive the examination form;
    4. receive test containers free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances;
    5. call to the blood pressure, pulse and temperature examination table;
    6. hand over the container filled with urine to the nurse;
    7. color blindness examination in the doctor's office (for prospective Medical Faculty students);
    8. receive the Examination Result Letter; And
    9. return to their respective homes.
11. In the event that the test results are free of narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances as referred to in Number 1) shows that the prospective new student does not meet the criteria (positive for Cocaine (COC) and Marijuana (THC)), then the prospective new student cannot continue the process of accepting new students. SEMA UPNVJ Batch 2 2023;
12. In the event that the results of the color blindness test as referred to in Number 2) show that prospective new students for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs do not meet the criteria (color blindness), then the prospective new students cannot continue the process of accepting new students from the SEMA UPNVJ Wave 2 of 2023;
13. proof of the results of the next health test no later than August 1 2023 at 17.00 WIB has been uploaded on the page https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id Once uploaded it will be validated by the committee. Validation results can be seen no later than Tuesday, August 1 2023 at 19.00 WIB. After the documents are declared valid, prospective new students can immediately make UKT and SPI payments. If it is found that you have uploaded documents but the Health test documents have not been validated by Tuesday, August 1 2023 at 19.00 WIB, please contact the Committee via WhatsApp number 0858-8302-2355
14. Prospective new students are required to comply with the 3M Health protocol during the health test (wearing a mask, maintaining distance, and washing hands frequently);
15. Prospective new students who take the health test are required to wear neat clothes and wear shoes.
