ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE THREE DIPLOMA PROGRAM (D-3)
INDEPENDENT SELECTION PATHWAY
JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY (SEMA UPNVJ) ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023

In connection with the acceptance of new students for the Diploma Three (D-3) Program for the UPN Veteran Jakarta Independent Selection pathway (SEMA UPNVJ) in 2022, all prospective applicants for the Independent Selection for the Diploma Three (D-3) Program at UPN Veteran Jakarta are informed as follows. following:

  1. SEMA UPNVJ D-3 Program Registration Requirements :
  1. Indonesian Citizen or Foreign Citizen;
  2. Graduates from the SMA/MA/SMK National Education and Examination Unit or Package C in 2020, 2021 and 2022;
  3. 2020 and 2021 graduates have a SMA/MA/SMK diploma or equivalent;
  4. 2022 graduates must at least have a Graduation Certificate (SKL) from the School Principal;
  5. Each prospective participant can choose 2 (two) Study Programs;
  1. UPNVJ SEMA D-3 Program Registration Schedule :
  • Wave 1, Registration starts on June 24 2022 at 11.00 WIB until July 12 2022 at 23.59 WIB ,
  • Wave 2, Registration starts on July 13 at 11.00 WIB until. July 24 2022 at 23.59 WIB ,
  • Registration is done online on the UPN Veteran Jakarta new student registration website https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/
  1. SEMA UPNVJ D-3 Program Registration Fee :
  • The registration fee for accepting new students for the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D-3) program in 2022 is IDR. 300,000 ( Three Hundred Thousand Rupiah) .
  • Payments can be made at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
  • Registration fees that have been paid are non-refundable.
  • Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
  1. Procedures for Registration for the D-3 SEMA UPNVJ Program :
  1. Applicants enter their full name, date of birth, cellphone number, email to get the Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  2. Registrants receive a Form Number and PIN via email.
  3. Registrants make a payment to activate the PIN.
  4. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
  1. Uploading passport photo;
  2. Fill in personal data (biographical data and parent/guardian data);
  3. Fill in school origin data;
  4. Choose study programs of choice 1 and 2;
  5. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is appropriate, click Submit ; And
  6. Print Participant Identification Cards for the Diploma Three program.
  1. Tuition Fees :

New students of the SEMA UPN Veteran Jakarta Diploma Three (D-3) Program who are accepted for the 2022/2023 Academic Year, the amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) based on group category is in the table below:

The amount of KIP-K Kemdikbudristek in 2022 will be informed after verification of the eligibility of KIP-K recipients in accordance with applicable regulations.

UKT payments can be made at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Wave 1 on 22 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB to 29 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB , Wave 2 on 4 August 2022 at 15.00 WIB as /d 11 August 2022 at 15.00 WIB . Payment instructions can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran . Single Tuition Fees (UKT) that have been paid are non-refundable.

  1. Admission Requirements:
  • Pass the Computer Based Test (CBT) Written Test.
  • For the D-3 Nursing Study Program which is declared accepted, a health test will be carried out by the health test team of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta.
  1. Graduation Announcement :

Announcement of the 2022 SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D-3) graduation results will be announced via the UPN Veteran Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.

  1. Re-register :
    Prospective new students of the Diploma Three (D-3) program who are declared to have passed SEMA UPNVJ are required to re-register: Wave 1 until 30 July 2022 at 15.00 WIB, and Wave 2 until 11 August 2022 at 23.59 WIB;
