Acceptance of New Students for the Diploma Three (D3) Independent Selection Pathway at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (SEMA UPNVJ D3) in 2021

ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE THREE DIPLOMA PROGRAM (D-3)

INDEPENDENT SELECTION PATHWAY

JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY (SEMA UPNVJ) ACADEMIC YEAR 2021/2022

In connection with the acceptance of new students for the Diploma Three (D-3) Program for the UPN Veteran Jakarta Independent Selection pathway (SEMA UPNVJ) in 2021, all prospective applicants for the Independent Selection for the Diploma Three (D-3) Program at UPN Veteran Jakarta are informed as follows. following:

1. SEMA UPNVJ D-3 Program Registration Requirements :

  1. Indonesian Citizen or Foreign Citizen;
  2. Graduates from the SMA/MA/SMK National Education and Examination Unit or Package C in 2019, 2020 and 2021;
  3. 2019 and 2020 graduates have a SMA/MA/SMK diploma or equivalent;
  4. 2021 graduates must at least have a Graduation Certificate (SKL) from the School Principal;
  5. Each prospective participant can choose 2 (two) Study Programs;

2. SEMA UPNVJ D-3 Program Registration Schedule:

  • Wave 1, Registration starts on 24 May 2021 at 13.00 WIB until 1 July 2021 at 15.00 WIB,
  • Wave 2, Registration starts on July 5 2021 at 13.00 WIB to. 18 July 202 1 at 15.00 WIB,
  • Registration is done online on the UPN Veteran Jakarta new student registration website https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/

3. SEMA UPNVJ D-3 Program Registration Fee :

  • The registration fee for accepting new students for the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D-3) program in 2021 is IDR. 300,000 ( Three Hundred Thousand Rupiah) .
  • Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking ).
  • Registration fees that have been paid are non-refundable.
  • Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran

4. Procedures for Registration for the D-3 SEMA UPNVJ Program :

  1. Applicants enter their full name, date of birth, cellphone number, email to get the Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  2. Registrants receive a Form Number and PIN via email.
  3. Registrants make a payment to activate the PIN.
  4. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
  1. Uploading passport photo;
  2. Fill in personal data (biographical data and parent/guardian data);
  3. Fill in school origin data;
  4. Choose study programs of choice 1 and 2;
  5. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is appropriate, click Submit ; And
  6. Print Participant Identification Cards for the Diploma Three program.

5. Education Fees :

New students of the SEMA UPN Veteran Jakarta Diploma Three (D-3) Program who are accepted for the 2021/2022 Academic Year, the amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) based on group category is in the table below:

The amount of KIP-K Kemdikbudristek in 2021 will be informed after verification of the eligibility of KIP-K recipients in accordance with applicable regulations.

UKT payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking), Wave 1 on July 21 to August 2 2021 , Wave 2 on July 31 to August 6 2021 . Payment instructions can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran . Single Tuition Fees (UKT) that have been paid are non-refundable.

8. Admission Requirements:

  • Pass the Computer Based Test (CBT) Written Test.
  • For the D-3 Nursing Study Program which is declared accepted, a health test will be carried out by the health test team of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta.

9. Graduation Announcement :

Announcement of graduation results for the SEMA UPNVJ Diploma Three (D-3) program in 2021, will be announced via the UPN Veteran Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.

10. Re-register :

Prospective new students of the Diploma Three (D-3) program who are declared to have passed SEMA UPNVJ are required to re-register: Wave 1 to 2 August 2021 , and Wave 2 to 6 August 2021;
