Announced to prospective new students of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University undergraduate program who were declared accepted with reserve status through the Jakarta Veteran National Development University Independent Selection route (SEMA UPNVJ) in 2020. Announcement of graduating participants can be seen on the registration website.upnvj.ac.id by logging in First use the form number and PIN obtained during registration.

Participants who are declared to have passed SEMA UPNVJ 2020 at UPN Veteran Jakarta, will be declared accepted at UPN Veteran Jakarta if they have fulfilled the obligations below:

  1. Payment of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI)
  2. Single Tuition Payment (UKT)
  3. Especially for prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs at the Faculty of Medicine, they are required to take a medical test. Taking into account the national situation regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, medical tests can be carried out at local hospitals close to the prospective student's domicile. Health tests include physical and spiritual health tests as well as color blindness tests. SPI and UKT payments for prospective new students accepted into the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs can be made after:
    1. Upload the statement letter document related to the health test, the letter template can be downloaded via the registration.upnvj.ac.id website by logging in first.
    2. Upload documents of health test results showing that you are physically and mentally healthy and not color blind via the registration website.upnvj.ac.id
      ​Affidavit documents related to health tests and health test results documents from the Hospital will be validated first by the Committee. After the documents are declared valid, prospective students can immediately make SPI and UKT payments. Document validation status can be seen on the registration.upnvj.ac.id website by logging in first. The statement letter regarding the medical test and the results of the medical test show that the prospective new student meets the requirements to take part in education at the Faculty of Medicine, UPN Veteran Jakarta.
  4. Especially for prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K), verification will be carried out first before being designated as KIP-K recipients:
    1. The data verification process for KIP-K participants will be carried out from 29-30 August 2020 by verification officers from UPN Veteran Jakarta. The officer will contact via WhatsApp number the prospective new student entered during registration.
    2. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced via the registration.upnvj.ac.id website by logging in first. The announcement of the determination of KIP-K recipients can be seen on August 31 2020 at 11.00 WIB.
    3. KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN Veteran Jakarta.
  5. SPI and UKT payments can be made from 29 August 2020 at 15.00 WIB until 01 September 2020 at 16.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-bayaran
  6. Prospective new students who have made SPI and UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online via the website regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2020 SEMA UPNVJ participant number and date of birth. Re-register online no later than September 1 2020 at 23.59 WIB. Documents uploaded when re-registering online:
    1. Color scan of the 2020 SEMA UPNVJ Participant Identification Card
    2. Color scan of KTP or KTP receipt number
    3. Color scan of Family Card
    4. Original scan of SPI and UKT payment receipt (for non-KIP-K new student candidates)
    5. Color scan of diploma/SKL
    6. Scan of statement letter as a new student (download via website https://s.id/mabaupnvj2020)
    7. Original scan of drug free certificate
    8. Original scan of proof of KIP-K registration (only for KIP-K recipients)
    9. Original scan of Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and KJP account book (account book identity page)
  1. ​Payments after 01 September 2020 at 16.00 WIB cannot be accepted and will be declared withdrawn. The payment receipt will then be uploaded when re-registering online.
  2. Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN Veteran Jakarta students canceled if it turns out:
    1. Does not meet the student admission requirements as stated above.
    2. Providing incorrect information.
    3. Late in making SPI and UKT payments from the schedule that has been submitted.
  3. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned.
