ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STUDENTS FOR THE THREE DIPLOMA PROGRAM (D-3) INDEPENDENT SELECTION PATHWAY
JAKARTA “VETERAN” NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY (SM UPNVJ)
YEAR 2018

Announced to prospective registrants for the Diploma Three (D-3) program on the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Independent Selection pathway (SM UPNVJ) in 2018 regarding the acceptance of new students for the Diploma Three (D-3) program on the SM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta pathway, including:

  1. UPNVJ SM D-3 Program Registration Requirements :
    1. Indonesian Citizen or Foreign Citizen
    2. Graduates from the SMA/MA/SMK National Education and Examination Unit or Package C in 2016, 2017 and 2018
    3. 2016 and 2017 graduates have a SMA/MA/SMK diploma or equivalent.
    4. 2018 graduates must at least have a National Examination Results Certificate (SKHUN) from the School Principal which is accompanied by a recent color photograph of the person concerned and affixed with the school stamp.
    5. Each prospective participant can choose 2 (two) Study Programs
    6. For those who choose the D-3 Accounting and D-3 Banking and Finance Study Programs, they come from SMA/MA Science, SMA/MA IPS, SMA/MA LANGUAGE and SMK/MAK
    7. For those who choose the D-3 Information Systems Study Program from SMA/MA Science, SMK/MAK (Computer Science, Multimedia and Information and Communication Technology)
    8. For those who choose the D-3 Nursing and D-3 Physiotherapy Study Programs from SMA/MA Science, Vocational School (Health)
  2. UPNVJ SM D-3 Program Registration Schedule:
    Registration for the Diploma Three (D-3) SM UPNVJ program in 2018 starts from 31 May 2018 to 25 June 2018, carried out online via the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta new student registration web site https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac. id/
  3. UPNVJ SM D-3 Program Registration Fee :
    The 2018 SM UPNVJ Diploma Three (D-3) program registration fee is IDR. 300,000 ( three hundred thousand rupiah) . Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). Registration fees that have been paid are not refundable. Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
  4. Procedures for Registration for the D-3 SM UPNVJ Program :
    1. Applicants enter their full name, date of birth, cellphone number, email to get the form number and personal identification number (PIN).
    2. Registrants receive a Form Number and PIN via email.
    3. Registrants make a payment to activate the PIN.
    4. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
      1. Upload passport photo
      2. Fill in personal data (biographical data and parent/guardian data)
      3. Fill in school origin data
      4. Choose study programs of choice 1 and 2
      5. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is correct, click Submit
      6. Print Participant Identification Cards for the Diploma Three program (SM UPNVJ Participant Number)
  5. Tuition Fees :
    New students of the Diploma Three (D-3) Program at SM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta who are accepted for the 2018/2019 Academic Year, the amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is based on economic ability and is in accordance with the table below:

    Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking) from 30 July 2018 to 3 August 2018 . Payment instructions can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran . Single Tuition Fees (UKT) that have been paid are not refunded.

  7. Graduation announcement :
    Announcement of graduation results for the SM UPNVJ Diploma Three (D-3) program on July 25 201 8 . Announced via the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.
  8. Re-registration :
    Prospective new students of the Diploma Three (D-3) program who are declared to have passed SM UPNVJ are required to re-register on August 3 2018 .
