Diploma Program (D-3)

Other than Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate programs, UPNVJ also accepts prospective students for the Diploma Program (D-3). The purpose of the Diploma Program (D-3) is to provide opportunities for graduates of High School (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), Package C, Madrasah Aliyah (MA) and Foreign Schools equivalent to High School/Vocational High School (provided that they have certificate equivalency letter from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology) to obtain an education oriented to the applied skills. The following is an announcement for prospective registrants regarding the admission of new students for the Diploma Program (D-3) on the Independent Selection (SEMA) route in UPN Veterans Jakarta:

Both Indonesian citizens or foreigners are allowed to register
Passed the State Exam (UN) and graduated from High School or its equivalent in 2020, 2021, or 2022
Year 2020 and 2021 graduates require High School Certificate or its equivalent
Year 2022 graduates require at least Graduation Verification Letter (SKL) from their school Principal
Every prospective registrants may choose 2 (two) majors at most

Registration Cost for Diploma Programs (D-3)

The registration fee for new students for the Diploma Program (D-3) on Independent Route UPNVJ program is Rp. 300.000 (three hundred thousand rupiah).
Payments can be made at BNI via Teller, ATM and Internet Banking.
The registration fee that has been paid is non-refundable.

Registration Procedures for Diploma Programs (D-3)

Participants input their Full Name, Date of Birth, Handphone Number, Email Address to receive Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Participants receive their Form Number and PIN via email.
Participants make their payments to activate their PIN.
Setelah melakukan pembayaran, Nomor Formulir dan PIN sudah bisa digunakan untuk login dan melanjutkan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut :
1. Upload passport photo;
2. Fill out personal data (Biodata and parent/guardian data);
3. Fill out school origin data;
4. Choose your preferred study program 1 and 2;
5. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is correct click Submit; and
6. Print out Participant Card for Diploma Program (D-3).

Diploma Program in UPNVJ only offer a few study programs. Every prospective participant can choose maximum 2 (two) from the ones available below. The order in which you list them will state your order of priority. Listed below are the available programs and their capacity:

The amount of KIP-K will be announced after participants' eligibility was verified according to the terms.

Payments for tuition fee can be made at BNI via Teller, ATM and Internet Banking. Batch 1 will start on 21 Juli s/d 2 Agustus 2021, while batch 2 will be on 3 - 6 Agustus 2021. Admission Announcement for Diploma Programs (D-3)

Admission announcement for Diploma Programs SEMA UPNVJ Batch I will be on 16 Juli 2021 (pukul 13.00 WIB) and Batch II on 30 Juli 2021 (pukul 17.00 WIB). It will be announced via website at https://pendaftaran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in using Form Number and PIN.

Re-Registration for Diploma Programs (D-3)

For prospective students for Diploma Programs (D-3) that have passed via SEMA UPNVJ must re-register themselves: Batch 1 will be until 2 Agustus 2021, while Batch 2 will be until 9 Agustus 2021.

Admission Requirements for Diploma Programs (D-3)

Passed the Computer Based Test (CBT) written test.
For those registering for Diploma Nursing Program and passed, there will be a health check-up by the team from Faculty of Health Science UPN Veteran Jakarta.
