The Computer-Based Written Examination - Joint Selection for Entrance to State Universities (UTBK - SBMPTN) has so far run smoothly, the first wave was carried out on April 12 - 18 2021 and today, April 26 2021, the second wave of UTBK began.

During the implementation of the first wave of UTBK yesterday, there were still some participants who did not pay attention to the rules that had been made by the UPNVJ UTBK center, such as not bringing personal identification, not wearing shoes, not wearing shirts/collared clothes and the wrong location.

So that these mistakes are not repeated, participants must pay attention to, including:

Documents brought

1. 2021 UTBK-SBMPTN Participant Identity Card.

2. Photocopy of diploma that has been legalized for 2020 and 2019 graduates

3. Class 12 certificate signed by the Principal, and containing the student's name, Student NISN, School NPSN and the most recent color photograph of the student (last 3 months) for the class of 2021.

4. Other personal identification such as KTP/SIM/Student Card.

Apart from important documents , other preparations that need to be made are:

1. Make sure to arrive at the exam location one hour before the exam session starts to avoid being late.

2. Dress neatly and politely (shirt / collar), not wearing a t-shirt, and shoes.

3. Make sure to use a medical mask (mandatory), personal sanitizer (mandatory), face shield (recommended) and gloves (recommended).

4. Bring personal worship equipment.

5. Provide an umbrella before it rains

In its implementation, the UPN Veteran Jakarta UTBK center will be divided into 2 locations, namely the Pondok Pumpkin Campus and the Limo Campus, so that there are no mistakes when arriving at the location, here is a video link to the location map of the UPNVJ UTBK center:

As well as health protocols that must be implemented:

1. Temperature check. If a participant's temperature exceeds the provisions of the Covid-19 protocol (>37.5 degrees C), they are not permitted to take the test and are invited to a special room for further examination by the medical team.

2. Maintain a minimum distance of 1-1.5 meters.

3. Always wear a mask and use personal hand sanitizer .

4. Checking the completeness of documents and checking the exam location according to the exam card by the officer.

5. Wash your hands

6. Go to the location of the exam room and wait in the waiting room provided. Both in the waiting room and in the exam room, participants are expected to re-check the document files again independently.
