NATIONAL JOINT SELECTION FOR STATE UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE (SBMPTN)

- Heads of Work Units in the UPN Veteran Jakarta Environment

Following up on the Decision of the Head of the Implementing Team for the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT) Number 05/KEP.LTMPT/2021 concerning the Determination of State Universities as Centers for Computer-Based Written Examinations in 2021.

In connection with the above, UPN Veteran Jakarta as the UTBK Center will convey the requirements, implementation time and registration mechanism for proctors for the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK) Joint Selection for State University Entrance (SBMPTN) at the UPN Veteran Jakarta UTBK Center in 2021.

1. Supervisor Requirements:
   1. Lecturers/Educational Personnel must be at least class III/A.
   2. Never received academic sanctions or administrative sanctions.
   3. Not involved directly or indirectly in tutoring activities or any activities similar to the activities of tutoring institutions.
   4. Willing to fill out, sign, submit and comply with the contents of the 2021 UTBK Implementation Integrity Pact document.
   5. Willing to follow the direction of the supervisor's duties and functions in exam supervision activities from the UTBK center.
2. Execution time :
   1. Supervisor registration starts on March 27 2021 at 13.00 WIB until March 30 2021 at 16.00 WIB . Registration after the specified time cannot be accepted. Registration is only via the center-utbk.upnvj.ac.id page
   2. After registering, the UPN Veteran Jakarta UTBK Center will hold a briefing regarding the implementation of the UTBK including an explanation of the COVID-19 protocol that will be implemented in order to have an understanding of the implementation of the UTBK. The briefing will be conducted online. Briefing Schedule Tuesday, April 6 2021 at 13.00 WIB. All supervisors are required to follow directions as the main thing that will be considered in scheduling supervision. The address (link) for the online meeting will be provided via E-Mail or WA number that has been registered.
      1. UTBK supervisors can choose the time for conducting exam supervision as a consideration when scheduling exam supervision by the UTBK Center. The selection and scheduling of supervisors is the absolute decision of the UTBK Central Chair. Supervisor selection is based on the supervisor's requirements and the supervisor's needs during UTBK implementation.

   1. Prospective Supervisors register on the center-utbk.upnvj.ac.id page
   2. Click the Register Now button
   3. Fill in the Candidate Supervisor Registration Form
   4. Put a tick (V) on the legality statement
   5. Check the data that has been filled in again
   6. Click the Save button
      

The UTBK Supervisor Scheduling Announcement will be announced on April 9 2021 at 16.00 WIB via the Pusat-utbk.upnvj.ac.id page by entering your NIK.

Please provide assistance to lecturers and education staff in each location to be able to participate in UTBK activities in 2021.
