PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS OF UPN VETERAN JAKARTA CAN ONLY MAKE THEIR PAYMENTS VIA BNI

You can make payments for Tuition Fee (UKT) and Registration Forms using BNI in 4 (four) ways, namely through Tellers, ATMs, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking.

PAYMENT SERVICES AT BRI SYARIAH ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS YEAR 2017

Terms :

  • Untuk Pembayaran Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) Mahasiswa Lama, gunakan Nomor Induk Mahasiswa (NIM).

Payment Procedures at BRI Syariah

►Via Teller BRIS (Cash)

  1. Come up to the Teller at BRISyariah and tell them the Institution Name and your Student ID Number (NIM). (ex: 1710111001).
  2. Teller will process your payment inquiry through institutional payment apps.
  3. Give the teller your cash according to the bill amount.
  4. You will receive proof of transaction from BRIS Teller.

► Via ATM BRIS (Only for BRIS customer, BRIS debit card)

Institution Code for UPN Veteran Jakarta: 0140

  1. Go to BRIS ATM.
  2. Choose Payment > Education/Institution
  3. Input the Institution Code for UPN Veteran Jakarta and your Student ID Number (NIM). Ex: 0141710111001
  4. Your bill amount will show up on the screen.
  5. Proceed with the transaction? Choose Yes.
  6. Transaction completed.

► Via EDC BRIS (Only for BRIS customer, BRIS debit card)

Institution Code for UPN Veteran Jakarta: 0140

  1. Choose mini ATM menu on EDC BRIS.
  2. Choose Tuition Fee/Education
  3. SWIPE your BRIS debit card
  4. Input the Institution Code for UPNVJ and your Student ID Number (NIM). (Ex: 0141710111001)
  5. Payment details will show up on the screen (name, institution, bill amount).
  6. Proceed with the transaction? Choose Yes.
  7. Transaction completed.

► Via Mobile BRIs

  1. Choose Payment menu.
  2. Choose Education/Institution menu.
  3. Choose Institution: UPN Veteran Jakarta.
  4. Input your Student ID Number
  5. Input your PIN Mobile BRIS.
  6. Proceed with transaction.

► Via ATM/E-Banking using Virtual Account Online (ATM card/account of other bank)

Institution Code for UPN Veteran Jakarta: 0140

  1. Choose transfer to other Bank.
  2. Input   Bank Code for BRISyariah followed by Virtual Account Code, Institution Code for UPN Veteran Jakarta and your Student ID Number (NIM) (422+88+0140+NIM) Ex: 4228801401710111001
  3. Input the amount according to the bill.
  4. The amount MUST BE ACCURATE, if not the system will automatically reject the transaction.
  5. Proceed with the transaction? Choose Yes.
  6. Transaction completed.

! Notes:
Transfer limit to other banks is Rp 10.000.000.
