Participants who are declared to have passed the 2018 SM UPNVJ Diploma 3 Program at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, will be declared accepted at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta by fulfilling the following new student admission requirements: 1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT): a. Prospective new students of the Diploma 3 Program are required to fill in their personal identity (referring to the data you filled in during registration) and upload the supporting files used via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan by logging in first using the number SM UPNVJ Diploma Program 3 participants in 2018 and date of birth. Filling time 26 July 2018 to 29 July 2018 at 16.00 WIB b. Announcement of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on July 30 2018 at 10.00 WIB The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SM UPNVJ Diploma 3 Program participant number 2018 and date of birth. c. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) which has been announced starting 30 July 2018 at 10.00 WIB until 3 August 2018 at 15.00 WIB via BNI (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). For prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi, verification will be carried out first before being determined as a Bidikmisi recipient: 1) The data verification process for Bidikmisi participants will be carried out from 26 July 2018 to 27 July 2018 by verification officers from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. (The verification officer will bring an assignment letter). 2) Determination of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2018 SM UPNVJ Diploma 3 Program participant number and date of birth in July 30 2018 at 10.00 WIB 3) Bidikmisi participants who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. e. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT): Prospective new students of the Diploma 3 Program can submit an objection to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the SM UPNVJ Diploma 3 Program participant number 2018 and date of birth. Time for submitting objections online is 30 July 2018 at 10.00 WIB to 31 July 2018 at 23.59 WIB f. Prospective new students who have completed the objection online are required to take part in the interview by bringing supporting evidence. Prospective students accompanied by parents/guardians attended the interview on August 1 2018 at 09.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB g. Seeing the announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the rebuttal interview on August 1 2018 at 21.00 WIB The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after making an objection and being interviewed, will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the number SM UPNVJ Diploma Program 3 participants in 2018 and date of birth. h. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting 2 August 2018 at 08.00 WIB to 3 August 2018 at 15.00 WIB via BNI Bank. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran i. Payments after 3 August 2018 at 15.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. The next payment receipt will be submitted at the time of re-registration on August 3 2018. 2. Re-register (Registration) on August 3 2018: Prospective new students must attend and cannot be represented at: Day, Date: Friday, August 3 2018 Time: 09.00 to 15.00 WIB Place: UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. General Sudirman Auditorium Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta Clothing: White shirt, black trousers/long skirt, black headscarf By submitting re-registration documents (arranged sequentially): - Print out 1 (one) copy of the 2018 SM UPNVJ Diploma 3 Program Participant Identification Card, if you don't have one, you can print it at https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id/ use the Form Number and PIN after that click Login;
- Copy of 1 (one) copy of KTP identity or in the process of making KTP attach a copy of Certificate of Identity Replacement from the District/Regency Office;
- Copy of 1 (one) copy of Family Card (KK);
- Original print out of 1 (one) UKT payment receipt from the Bank, except for participants who have been assigned a Bidikmisi Scholarship;
- Original print out of statement of willingness to pay in accordance with UKT determined by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The statement form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2018 SM UPNVJ Diploma 3 Program participant number and date of birth first, on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html 1 ( one) sheet and affixed with a stamp of 6,000, except for Bidikmisi participants who have already been determined;
- Print out the original letter of proof of the correctness of the data, 1 (one) sheet which has been filled in completely and affixed with a 6,000 stamp. The template for the Letter of Proof of the correctness of the data can be downloaded by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN on the website https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/ ;
- 1 (one) copy of the School Accreditation Certificate which has been legalized by the Principal;
- 1 (one) set of copies of report cards from semester 1 to semester 6 which have been legalized by the Principal, if semester 6 is not available until semester 5;
- 1 (one) copy of the diploma/STTB/Graduation Certificate (SKL) which has been legalized by the School Principal, for Package C diplomas legalized by the Head of the local City/Regency Education Office;
- Copy of written equalization permit that has been approved by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education 1 (one) set for Foreign Citizens (WNA);
- Original print out of the statement letter as a new student with a stamp of 6,000 (Format can be downloaded at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/id/download.html ) 1 (one) sheet;
- Original drug-free certificate from the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) / Government General Hospital (RSUP) in the amount of 1 (one) sheet;
- Copy of certificate/charter for those who have academic/non-academic achievements, 1 (one) copy each;
- Especially for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holders, apart from completing the documents (items 1-13), they are required to submit a photocopy of the Letter of Commitment to Change KJP to KJMU, their KJP card and Account Book, 1 (one) each;
- Especially for Bidikmisi Scholarship participants who have been designated, apart from completing documents (items 1-13), they are required to submit a printed Bidikmisi registration card which can be downloaded at http://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/siswa/default/login .
All the files mentioned above are included in a plastic button folder according to the following color requirements: faculty of Economics and Business : Yellow Faculty of Computer Science : Orange Faculty of Health Sciences : Light Blue and submitted during re-registration (Registration) at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. General Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta on August 3 2018. Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN “Veteran” Jakarta students revoked, if it turns out that: 1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated; 2. Providing incorrect information; And 3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned .
