ANNOUNCEMENT
RECTOR OF JAKARTA "VETERAN" NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students at the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University who were declared to have passed through the 2018 Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University (SM UPNVJ) Independent Selection Pathway.

Participants who are declared to have passed SM UPNVJ 2018 at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, will be declared accepted at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta if they have fulfilled the following obligations:

  1. Making Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) Payments
  2. Making a Single Tuition Fee Payment (UKT)
  3. Carrying out Health Tests for prospective new students accepted into the Bachelor of Medicine study program.
  4. Verification is carried out first for prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi before being designated as new students receiving Bidikmisi
  5. When re-registering, prospective new students are required to bring proof of full payment of the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT) according to the statement letter uploaded at the time of registration. Those who do not bring proof of payment of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT) will be declared not accepted as new students.

Explanation of payment methods via BNI (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran . Payments after 27 July 2018 at 16.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn.

Explanation of Health Tests: For prospective students accepted into the Bachelor of Medicine study program, a health test is carried out. The health test was carried out on July 25 2018 at 09.00 WIB – 13.00 WIB at the Polyclinic, Building. General Soedirman, 1st Floor, UPN "Veteran" Campus, Jakarta, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta and brought the SM UPNVJ participant card for 2018.

For prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi, verification will be carried out as follows:
  1. The data verification process will be carried out from 24 July 2018 to 25 July 2018 by verification officers from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. (The verification officer will bring an assignment letter).
  2. The determination of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients will be announced via the website https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN, then click Login on July 26 2018 at 20.00 WIB
  3. Those who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients are required to pay the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT) which are uploaded during registration.

Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) recipients are required to pay the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) uploaded during registration and the specified Single Tuition Fee (UKT).

Explanation of Re-Registration (Registration) on July 26 2018 or July 27 2018:
Prospective new students must attend and cannot be represented at:
Date and time : Thursday, 26 July 2018 (For those accepted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Medicine, and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences)
Friday, 27 July 2018 (For those accepted into the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty Computer Science, Faculty of Law, and Faculty of Health Sciences)
O'clock : 09.00 to 16.00 WIB
Place : UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Campus, Building. General Soedirman Ruang Auditorium Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta
Clothes : White shirt, black trousers/long skirt, black headscarf
By submitting re-registration documents (arranged sequentially):
  1. Print out 1 (one) sheet of the 2018 SM UPNVJ Participant Identity Card, if you don't have one, you can print it at https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/ use the Form Number and PIN after that click Login;
  2. Copy of 1 (one) copy of KTP identity or in the process of making KTP attach a copy of Certificate of Identity Replacement from the District/Regency Office;
  3. Copy of 1 (one) copy of Family Card (KK);
  4. Original print out of 1 (one) receipt for payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) from the Bank, except for participants who have been assigned a Bidikmisi Scholarship;
  5. Original print out of Statement of Data Truth, Letter of Commitment to Pay Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Letter of Will to Pay Institutional Development Contribution (SPI). 1 (one) sheet each, except for Bidikmisi participants who have been determined to only print out the original Statement of Data Truth. Statement of Data Correctness, Letter of Commitment to Pay Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Letter of Commitment to Pay Institutional Development Contributions (SPI) are registration documents that are uploaded at the time of registration;
  6. 1 (one) copy of the School Accreditation Certificate which has been legalized by the Principal;
  7. 1 (one) set of copies of report cards from semester 1 to semester 6 which have been legalized by the Principal, if semester 6 is not available until semester 5;
  8. 1 (one) copy of the diploma/STTB/Graduation Certificate (SKL) which has been legalized by the School Principal, for Package C diplomas legalized by the Head of the local City/Regency Education Office;
  9. Copy of written equalization permit that has been approved by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education 1 (one) set for Foreign Citizens (WNA);
  10. Original print out of the statement letter as a new student with a stamp of 6,000 (Format can be downloaded at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/id/download.html) 1 (one) sheet;
  11. Original drug-free certificate from the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) / Government General Hospital (RSUP) in the amount of 1 (one) sheet;
  12. Original Health Test Results Letter from the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, 1 (one) sheet for prospective new students accepted into the Bachelor of Medicine study program. A Health Test Result Letter will be given after carrying out a health test and can be taken when re-registering at the registration section;
  13. Copy of certificate/charter for those who have academic/non-academic achievements, 1 (one) copy each;
  14. Especially for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holders, apart from completing documents (items 1-13), they are required to submit a photocopy of the Letter of Commitment to Change KJP to KJMU, their KJP card and Account Book, 1 (one) each;
  15. Especially for Bidikmisi Scholarship participants who have been designated, apart from completing documents (items 1-13), they are required to submit a printed Bidikmisi registration card which can be downloaded at http://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/siswa/default/login .

All the files mentioned above are submitted during re-registration at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. General Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta on 26 July 2018 or 27 July 2018 and put in a plastic button folder according to the following color requirements:

faculty of Economics and Business : Yellow

medical School : Green

Faculty of Engineering : Dark Blue

faculty of Social Science and Political Science : Purple

Faculty of Computer Science : Orange

faculty of Law : Red

Faculty of Health Sciences : Light Blue

Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN “Veteran” Jakarta students revoked, if it turns out that:
1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated;
2. Providing incorrect information; And
3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.
If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned .
