Admission of New Students to the Independent Selection Undergraduate Program at the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University (SM UPNVJ) in 2018

ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STUDENTS FOR THE INDEPENDENT SELECTION PROGRAM
JAKARTA “VETERAN” NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY (SM UPNVJ)
YEAR 2018

Announced to prospective registrants for the 2018 UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Independent Selection pathway (SM UPNVJ) regarding the acceptance of new students for undergraduate programs on the SM UPNVJ pathway, including:

1. UPNVJ SM Selection Conditions :

  1. SM UPNVJ applicants come from SBMPTN participants in 2018 and were not accepted into the SBMPTN route in 2018.
  2. Applicants who do not choose the study program at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in the 2018 SBMPTN exam can take part in the 2018 SM UPNVJ.
  3. Applicants can choose the same or different study program as the choice in the 2018 SBMPTN exam with the following conditions:
    1. Applicants who take the 2018 SBMPTN exam in the science and technology exam group can only choose the science and technology study program group. (Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health and Nutrition)
    2. Applicants who take the 2018 SBMPTN exam in the social and human examination group can only choose the social and human study program group. (Management, Accounting, International Relations, Communication Studies, Law, Development Economics, Sharia Economics and Political Science)
    3. Applicants who take the 2018 SBMPTN exam in the mixed exam group can choose the science, technology or social sciences study program group.
  4. Applicants can only choose 2 (two) study programs with 1 (one) choice study program and 2 (two) choice study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
  5. The SM UPNVJ registration fee is IDR. 275,000 (two hundred and seventy five thousand rupiah) . Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). Registration fees that have been paid are not refundable. Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran

2. UPNVJ SM Registration Schedule :
Registration for the UPNVJ SM pathway in 2018 starts from 7 July 2018 to 1 6 July 2018 , carried out online via the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta new student registration website : https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac .id/

3. Procedures for UPNVJ SM Registration:

  1. Applicants enter their full name, date of birth, 2018 SBMPTN participant number, NISN, cellphone number and email to get the Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make sure you use an active email.
  2. Applicants will be asked to confirm SBMPTN data, if appropriate, they can continue with the next step. If it does not match, the applicant is asked to check his SBMPTN registration data again.
  3. Registrants receive a Form Number and PIN via email.
  4. Registrants make a payment to activate the PIN.
  5. After making payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
    1. Upload passport photo
    2. Fill in personal data (biographical data and parent/guardian data)
    3. Fill in school origin data
    4. Choose study programs of choice 1 and 2
    5. Download, fill out and upload a statement of willingness to pay Institutional Development Contributions (SPI) and Single Tuition Fees (UKT)
    6. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is correct, click Submit
    7. Print Participant Identification Cards (SM UPNVJ Participant Number)
  1. UPNVJ SMK Education Fees :
    New SM UPNVJ students accepted for the 2018/2019 academic year, the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) for new students is in the table below:

  1. UPNVJ SM Results Announcement :
    Announcement of graduation results for the UPNVJ SM Bachelor program on July 23 201 8. Announced via the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at https://penbesaran.upnvj.ac.id/ by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN.
  2. Bidikmisi Determination Announcement:
    For Bidikmisi participants who pass SM UPNVJ, economic data verification will be carried out through documents and/or visits to participants' residential addresses and the determination of Bidikmisi Recipients will be announced on July 28 2018 . For those who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients, payment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) is from 29 July 2018 to 30 July 2018 .
  3. Re-register SM UPNVJ :
    Prospective non-Bidikmisi new students who are declared to have passed SM UPNVJ are required to re-register on July 26 2018 to July 27 201 8 . Meanwhile, prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi are required to re-register on July 31 2018 .
  4. Health Test Schedule:
    In particular, prospective new students who are accepted into the Undergraduate Medical Education study program MUST undergo a health test. The health test was carried out on July 25 2018, 09.00 to 11.00 WIB at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Pondok Labu Campus Polyclinic , South Jakarta and brought the 2018 SM UPNVJ participant card.
