Announcement of 2018 SNMPTN Graduation Results at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta

ANNOUNCEMENT
RECTOR OF JAKARTA "VETERAN" NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students at the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University who were declared to have passed through the 2018 National Selection for Entrance to State Universities (SNMPTN).
Participants who are declared to have passed the 2018 SNMPTN at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, will be declared accepted at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta by fulfilling the following new student admission requirements:
1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):
a. Prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for SNMPTN 2018) and upload the supporting files used via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan by logging in first using your registration number SNMPTN 2018 and date of birth. Filling time is 18 to 22 April 2018
b. For prospective students who are accepted into the Undergraduate Medical Education study program, a medical test is carried out. The health test was carried out on April 19 2018, 09.00 to 11.00 WIB at the Polyclinic, Building. Jendral Soedirman Floor 1, UPN "Veteran" Campus Jakarta Pondok Labu, South Jakarta and carrying the 2018 SNMPTN participant card
c. Seeing the announcement of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) (23 April 2018 at 11.00 WIB) The UKT amount for each prospective new student will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar. html by logging in first using the 2018 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth.
d. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) which has been announced from April 23 to May 7 2018 at 23.59 WIB via BNI Bank . The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
e. For prospective new students participating in Bidikmisi , verification will be carried out first before being determined as a Bidikmisi recipient:
1) The data verification process for Bidikmisi participants will be carried out from 18 to 22 April 2018 by verification officers from UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. (The verification officer will bring an assignment letter).
2) The determination of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2018 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth. (24 April 2018 at 20.00 WIB)
3) Bidikmisi participants who are not designated as Bidikmisi recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
f. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):
Prospective new students can submit objections to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in First use the 2018 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth. The time for submitting objections is April 24 to 25 2018
g. The interview schedule for submitting objections will be announced on (26 April 2018 at 11.00 WIB). The interview schedule will be announced on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan . Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to take part in the interview by bringing proof- supporting evidence
according to the interview schedule and location that has been previously announced on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan. The interview schedule is April 27 or 30 2018 according to the schedule previously informed.
h. See the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announcement after the objection (3 May 2018 at 11.00 WIB)
The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after making an objection and being interviewed, will be announced via the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the number 2018 SNMPTN registration and date of birth.
i. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced from 3 to 7 May 2018 at 23.59 WIB via BNI Bank . The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
j. Payments after 7 May 2018 at 23.59 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. The next payment receipt will be submitted at the time of re-registration on May 8 2018.
2. Verifying Academic Data:
Prospective new students must attend and cannot be represented at:
Date and time : Thursday, April 19 2018 (For those accepted into the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Medicine, and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences)
Friday, April 20 2018 (For those accepted into the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Health Sciences)
O'clock : 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB
Place : UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Campus, Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta
Clothes : White shirt, black trousers/long skirt, black headscarf
By bringing :
1) Original report cards and photocopies that have been legalized by the school principal from classes 1 to 3 (semester 1 to 5) in 1 (one) copy for verification. The original report card will be returned immediately after verification.
2) 1 copy of the school accreditation certificate/department accreditation from the vocational school which has been legalized.
3. Re-register (Registration) on May 8 2018:
Prospective new students must attend and cannot be represented at:
Date and time : Tuesday, 8 May 2018
O'clock : 08.30 to 11.45 WIB (For those accepted at the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science and Faculty of Health Sciences)
11.45 to 14.30 WIB (For those accepted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and Faculty of Law)
Place : UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Campus, Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta
Clothes : White shirt, black trousers/long skirt, black headscarf
By submitting re-registration documents (arranged sequentially):
1) Print out 1 (one) sheet of the 2018 SNMPTN Participant Identification Card, if you don't have one, you can print it at https://web.snmptn.ac.id/siswa/login , use NISN and password, then click the Registration menu;
2) Copy of 1 (one) copy of KTP identity or in the process of making KTP attach a copy of Certificate of Identity Replacement from the District/Regency Office;
3) Copy of 1 (one) copy of Family Card (KK);
4) Original print out of 1 (one) UKT payment receipt from the Bank, except for participants who have been assigned a Bidikmisi Scholarship;
5) Original print out of statement of willingness to pay in accordance with UKT determined by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The statement form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2018 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth first, on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan/index.php/infobayar.html in 1 (one) sheet and affixed 6,000 stamp duty, except for Bidikmisi participants who have been determined;
6) Original print out Proof of correct data results and proof of completion of personal identity 1 (one) set that has been completely filled in and affixed with a 6,000 stamp. The proof of data correctness form can be downloaded by logging in using the 2018 SNMPTN registration number and date of birth first on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/pendataan ;
7) 1 (one) copy of the school accreditation certificate/department accreditation from the Vocational School which has been legalized by the Principal;
8) 1 (one) set of copies of report cards from semester 1 to semester 6 which have been legalized by the Principal, if semester 6 is not available until semester 5;
9) 1 (one) copy of the diploma/STTB/Graduation Certificate (SKL) which has been legalized by the School Principal, for Package C diplomas legalized by the Head of the local City/Regency Education Office;
10) Copy of written equalization permit that has been approved by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education 1 (one) set for Foreign Citizens (WNA);
11) Print out the original statement letter as a new student with a stamp of 6,000 (format can be downloaded here ) in 1 (one) sheet. (After making payment);
12) Original drug-free certificate from the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) / Government General Hospital (RSUP) in the amount of 1 (one) sheet;
13) Original Health Test Results Letter from the Faculty of Medicine, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, 1 (one) sheet for students of the Undergraduate Medical Education study program;
14) Copy of certificate/charter for those who have academic/non-academic achievements, 1 (one) copy each;
15) Especially for Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) holders, apart from completing documents (items 1-14), they are required to submit a photocopy of their KJP card and Account Book, 1 (one) each;
16) Especially for Bidikmisi Scholarship participants who have been designated, apart from completing documents (items 1-14), they are required to submit a printed Bidikmisi registration card which can be downloaded at http://bidikmisi.belmawa.ristekdikti.go.id/siswa/default/login .
All the files mentioned above are included in a plastic button folder according to the following color requirements:
faculty of Economics and Business : Yellow
medical School : Green
Faculty of Engineering : Dark Blue
faculty of Social Science and Political Science : Purple
Faculty of Computer Science : Orange
faculty of Law : Red
Faculty of Health Sciences : Light Blue
and submitted during re-registration (Registration) at the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Campus, Building. Jendral Soedirman Auditorium Room Fl. 4, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta on May 8 2018.
Prospective students will have their rights as new students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta revoked, if it turns out:
1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated above;
2. Providing false information; And
3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.
If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta then withdrew, so all fees that had been paid were not paid returned .
