UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Opens Acceptance of Undergraduate Students Through SNMPTN, SBMPTN and SMMPTN UPNVJ

Jakarta Veteran National Development University (UPN Veteran Jakarta) accepts new students at the Bachelor's Degree (S1) level through three entrance selections, namely SNMPTN (National Selection to Enter State Universities), SBMPTN (Joint Selection to Enter State Universities) and SMMPTN UPN Veteran Jakarta ( Independent Selection to Enter State Universities, Veterans National Development University, Jakarta).

The closest agenda for accepting new students at UPN Veteran Jakarta is through SNMPTN where registration starts on February 21 2017. High school/equivalent students can register and choose the study program/major of interest at UPN Veteran Jakarta via the page http://www.snmptn. ac.id . Meanwhile, the other two entrance selections, namely SBMPTN, will open in April 2017 and SMMPTN UPN Veteran Jakarta in June 2017.

There are several new things in the admission of new undergraduate students at UPN Veteran Jakarta this time. Different from the previous year where the Regular SMMPTN (Jalur Mandiri) S1 program conducted a written exam held by UPN Veteran Jakarta, this year there will no longer be a written exam. Selection is based on grades/scores taken from the 2017 SBMPTN exam results. Meanwhile, the Diploma program (Diploma 3) is still conducting written exams held by UPN Veteran Jakarta.

UPN Veteran Jakarta has 14 Regular Undergraduate study programs. Apart from that, students who have graduated from high school/equivalent can also choose the Diploma program in the SMMPTN UPN Veteran Jakarta entrance selection which has 5 study program choices.

This year, UPN Veteran Jakarta provides a 30% quota or 833 seats in the Regular Undergraduate program for students who graduated through SNMPTN 2017, a 40% quota or 1105 seats in the Regular Undergraduate program for students who graduated through SBMPTN 2017. Meanwhile, through SMMPTN, a quota of 30% or 823 seats is provided. The important dates for accepting new students at UPN Veteran Jakarta are as follows:

1. SNMPTN: Registration (21 February – 6 March 2017); Announcement (26 April 2017)
2. SBMPTN: Registration (11 April – 5 May 2017); Exam (16 May 2017); Announcement (13 June 2017)
