ABOUT

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE THREE DIPLOMA PROGRAM (D-3) MANDIRI SELECTION PATHWAY JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY WAVE 2 YEAR 2022

In order to accept new students for the Diploma Three (D-3) Independent Selection Pathway at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (SEMA D-3 UPNVJ) Batch 2 in 2022, we hereby convey the following:

  1. Prospective new students who are determined to have passed SEMA D-3 Wave 2 UPNVJ in 2022 are declared accepted at the National Development University (UPN) Veteran Jakarta if they have fulfilled the conditions for accepting new students for the SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Wave 2 2022 D-3 Program which includes:
  1. filling in personal identity;
  2. determination of Single Tuition Fee (UKT);
  3. submission of a Disclaimer on the UKT Amount;
  4. UKT with the status “Requires Verification”;
  5. UKT payment after dispute of UKT amount;
  6. re-registration;
  7. cancellation of prospective new students; And
  8. closing.
  1. Filling in Personal Identity
  1. All prospective new students are required to:
  1. fill in your personal identity by referring to the data that was filled in during registration for SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Wave 2 in 2022; And
  2. upload the document file to fill in your identity via the page https://uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the SEMA D-3 Wave 2 UPNVJ 2022 participant number and date of birth.

The time to fill in your identity starts on Monday, August 1 2022 at 19.00 WIB until Wednesday, August 3 2022 at 19.00 WIB.

  1. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 in 2022 are required to carry out the following provisions:
  1. undergo health tests, namely tests for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances;
  2. medical tests are carried out at the Main Outpatient Clinic of UPN Veteran Jakarta which is located on Jalan RS Fatmawati, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta; And
  3. The implementation schedule and registration procedures for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances tests will be further informed via the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id and UPN Veteran Jakarta social media.
  1. Determination of UKT
    1. The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022 participant number and date of birth.
    2. The UKT announcement can be seen starting Thursday, August 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
    3. Prospective new students can make payments and settlements according to the UKT that has been announced starting Thursday, 4 August 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Tuesday, 9 August 2022 at 15.00 WIB via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
    4. The Payment Guide can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    5. Prospective new students who have made payments and repaid UKT and/or been designated as recipients of the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) can immediately re-register online via the page https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by Log in first using the SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022 participant number and date of birth.
    6. Re-registration online must be done no later than Tuesday, August 9 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
    7. For prospective new students participating in KIP-K, verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient and paying attention to the following provisions:
  1. immediately complete filling in your personal identity;
  2. KIP-K participant data verification will be carried out on Monday, August 1 2022 at 19.00 WIB to Tuesday, August 2 2022 at 15.00 WIB by verification officers from UPN Veteran Jakarta;
  3. officers will contact prospective new students via WhatsApp number with a video call and/or visit to their home address according to the data filled in on their personal identity;
  4. in carrying out the verification, the verification officer will show a letter of assignment;
  5. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced on Thursday, August 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022 participant number and date of birth;
  6. UPN Veteran Jakarta will announce the UKT that must be paid and settled for KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients; And
  7. Prospective new students who have made payments and repaid UKT and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online ( online) starting Thursday, August 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Tuesday, August 9 2022 at 15.00 WIB via the page https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 2022 participant number and date of birth.
  1. Submission of Disputation of UKT Amount
    1. Prospective new students who object to the announced UKT amount can submit an objection by submitting supporting evidence online which is uploaded on the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first using the number SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 participants in 2022 and date of birth.
    2. The time for submission of objections is Thursday, August 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB to Friday, August 5 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
    3. The objections submitted by prospective new students will be clarified through an interview by the interview officer, namely the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the respective Faculty.
    4. Prospective new students will be contacted via WhatsApp number ( video call ) according to their personal identity data.
    5. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed.
    6. Interviews will be held to refute the amount of UKT from Saturday, 6 August 2022 to Sunday, 7 August 2022. The interview schedule can be seen on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id .
    7. For those who cannot be contacted, the UKT charged is in accordance with the UKT previously determined.
    8. The announcement of the UKT amount after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting Monday, August 8 2022 at 11.00 WIB via the page uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Batch 2 participant number. 2022 and date of birth.
  1. UKT with status “Requires Verification”
    1. In the event that the UKT status of a prospective new student is " Requires Verification " then the prospective new student will be interviewed by an interview officer, namely the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the respective Faculty.
    2. Prospective new students will be contacted via WhatsApp number according to their personal identity data.
    3. Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed.
    4. Interviews will be held on Friday, August 5 2022.
  1. UKT Payment after Disputation of UKT Amount
    1. Prospective new students can make payments and settle the UKT amount after the objection which is announced on Monday, 8 August 2022 at 11.00 WIB until Tuesday, 9 August 2022 at 15.00 WIB via BNI or BSI.
    2. The UKT payment and repayment guide can be seen on the page https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
    3. Payment and repayment of the UKT amount after Tuesday, August 9 2022 at 23.59 WIB cannot be served and prospective new students will be declared to have withdrawn.
    4. Proof of payment receipt is uploaded when re-registering online .
  1. Re-registration
    1. Prospective new students will re-register on Thursday, August 4 2022 at 15.00 WIB until Tuesday, August 9 2022 at 15.00 WIB.
    2. The documents required to carry out re-registration are scanned original or colored documents which include:
    3. SEMA D-3 UPNVJ Participant Identity Card Batch 2 2022;
    4. Identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number);
    5. Family Card (KK);
    6. Diploma/SKL;
    7. Statement of Willingness to Pay UKT;
    8. Proof of Receipt of UKT Payment from the Bank;
    9. Statement Letter as a New Student;
    10. Proof of Data Correctness;
    11. Proof of KIP-K Registration (if KIP-K recipient);
    12. KJP Card (if KJP holder);
    13. KJP Account Book (if KJP holder); And
    14. KJP Statement Letter to KJMU (if KJP holder).
  2. Cancellation of Prospective New Students

Prospective new students will have their right to become a UPN Veteran Jakarta student declared void if:

  1. Does not fulfill the provisions as intended in Numbers 1 to 7;
  2. Providing false information; And
  3. Late in re-registering from the predetermined schedule.
  1. Closing
    1. If a prospective new student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta but withdraws, all fees paid cannot be returned.
