ABOUT

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS TO THE GRADUATE PROGRAM RESULTING FROM INDEPENDENT SELECTION OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY IN 2022 INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP PATH WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF FAK-FAK DISTRICT OF WEST PAPUA PROVINCE

In order to accept new students for the Undergraduate Program as a result of the Independent Selection of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (SEMA S-1 UPNVJ) in 2022 for the Institutional Partnership Pathway with the Government of Fak-Fak Regency, West Papua Province, we hereby convey the following:

1. Announcement of UPNVJ S-1 SEMA graduation results in 2022 for the Institutional Partnership Pathway with the Fak-Fak Regency Government of West Papua Province can be seen on the registration page.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the Form Number and PIN obtained during registration.
2. Prospective new students who are determined to have passed the 2022 SEMA UPNVJ Undergraduate Program with the Institutional Partnership Pathway with the Government of Fak-Fak Regency, West Papua Province are declared accepted at UPNVJ if they have fulfilled the conditions for accepting new students for the 2022 UPNVJ SEMA SEMA Pathway Undergraduate Program with the Institutional Partnership Pathway with The Fak-Fak Regency Government of West Papua Province which includes:

1. payment of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT);
2. re-registration;
3. cancellation of prospective new students; And
4. closing.

3. Payment and Repayment of SPI and UKT

1. Prospective new students can make payments and repay SPI and UKT on 26 July 2022 at 19.00 WIB until 29 July 2022 at 13.00 WIB via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) or Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
2. SPI and UKT payments cannot be paid in installments .
3. The SPI and UKT payment and repayment guide can be seen on the penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-bayaran page.
4. SPI and UKT payments and settlements after July 29 2022 at 13.00 WIB will not be served and prospective new students will be declared to have withdrawn.
5. proof of payment receipt is uploaded when re-registering online.

4. Re-registration

1. Prospective new students who have made payments and settled SPI and UKT and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register via the regmaba.upnvj.ac.id page by logging in first using the 2022 UPNVJ SEMA S-1 participant number. and date of birth.
2. Prospective new students can re-register online no later than July 29 2022 at 23.59 WIB.
3. The documents required to carry out re-registration are scanned original or colored documents which include:

1. UPNVJ SEMA S-1 participant identification card for 2022 Institutional Partnership Pathway with the Government of Fak-Fak Regency, West Papua Province;
2. identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number);
3. Family card (KK);
4. proof of receipt of payment and settlement of SPI and UKT (for prospective non-KIP-K new students);
5. diploma or graduation certificate;
6. statement letter as a new student (can be downloaded via the page https://s.id/spmabaupnvj2022 );

5. Cancellation of Prospective New Students

Prospective new students will have their rights as new students of UPN Veteran Jakarta revoked, if it turns out:

1. does not fulfill the provisions as intended in Numbers 1 to 5;
2. provide false information; And
3. late in making payments and paying off SPI and UKT from the predetermined schedule.

6. Closing

1. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPNVJ and then withdraws, all fees paid will not be returned .
