Announcement of SEMA Graduation Results for the 2021 UPN Veteran Jakarta D3 Program

ANNOUNCEMENT
RECTOR OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students of the Diploma Three (D3) program at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University who were declared to have passed through the Independent Selection route at the Jakarta Veteran National Development University (SEMA UPNVJ) in 2021. Announcements of graduating participants can be seen on the registration website.upnvj.ac.id . by using the Form Number and PIN obtained during registration.

1. Fill in your personal identity and determine the single tuition fee (UKT):
   1. All prospective new students are required to fill in their identity (referring to the data you filled in when registering for SEMA D3 in 2021) and upload the supporting files used via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the SEMA participant number D3 2021 and date of birth. Filling time starts from 16 July 2021 at 17.00 WIB to 19 July 2021 at 23.59 WIB .
   2. The UKT announcement can be seen starting July 21 2021 at 15.00 WIB . The amount of UKT for each prospective new student will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2021 SEMA D3 participant number and date of birth.
   3. Prospective new students can make payments according to the UKT that has been announced starting July 21 2021 at 15.00 WIB until August 2 2021 at 15.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran .
   4. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments can immediately re-register online via the website https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first using the 2021 SEMA D3 participant number and date of birth. Re-register online no later than August 2 2021 at 23.59 WIB.
   5. For prospective new students participating in the Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP-K), verification will be carried out first before being designated as a KIP-K recipient:
      1. The data verification process for KIP-K participants will be carried out from 17 - 18 July 2021 by verification officers from UPN Veteran Jakarta. The officer will contact via Whatsapp number (video call) the prospective new student which is entered when filling in their personal identity (The verification officer will show a verification assignment letter). Make sure the Whatsapp number entered is active.
      2. The determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2021 SEMA D3 participant number and date of birth. The announcement of the determination of KIP-K recipients can be seen on July 21 2021 at 15.00 WIB .
      3. KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will have their respective Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announced by UPN Veteran Jakarta.
   6. Submission of objection to the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT):
      Prospective new students who object to the UKT can submit an objection to the announced Single Tuition Fee (UKT) amount by providing supporting evidence online on the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/sanggah.html by logging in first. Previously used the 2021 SEMA D3 participant number and date of birth. The time for submitting objections is July 21 2021 at 15.00 WIB to July 23 2021 at 15.00 WIB.
   7. The UKT rebuttal interview will be conducted by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the respective Faculty) who will contact via the WhatsApp number (video call) of prospective new students which is entered when filling in their identity (Make sure the Whatsapp number entered is active). Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed . Interviews will be held on 24 – 26 July 2021. Interviews can begin after participants have completed their UKT rebuttal application. The interview schedule can be seen via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id
   8. For prospective new students whose Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is with the status " Requires Verification" , the prospective student will be interviewed by the interview officer (Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of each Faculty) who will contact the prospective new student via Whatsapp number which is filled in when Fill in your personal identity (Make sure the Whatsapp number you enter is active). Prospective new students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when interviewed. Interviews will be held on 21 -23 July 2021 .
   9. The Single Tuition Fee (UKT) announcement after the rebuttal interview can be seen starting July 28 2021 at 13.00 WIB . The amount of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for prospective new students after making objections and being interviewed, will be announced via the website uktmaba.upnvj.ac.id/index.php/infobayar.html by logging in first using the 2021 SEMA D3 participant number and date born.
   10. Prospective new students can make payments according to the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) after the objection has been announced starting July 28 2021 at 13.00 WIB until August 2 2021 at 15.00 WIB via Teller, ATM, Mobile Banking and BNI Internet Banking. The Payment Guide can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pembayaran
   11. Payments after August 2 2021 at 15.00 WIB cannot be served and will be declared withdrawn. The payment receipt will then be uploaded when re-registering online.
   12. Prospective new students who have made UKT payments and/or been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately proceed to the Online Re-Registration stage until August 2 2021 at 23.59 WIB via the website https://regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by logging in First use the 2021 SEMA D3 participant number and date of birth.
   13. Re-registration documents include:

       1. Original Scan (Color) of 2021 SEMA D3 Participant Identification Card

       2. Original Scan (Color) of Identity (KTP/KTP Receipt Number)

       3. Original Scan (Color) of Family Card (KK)

       4. Original Scan (Color) of Diploma/SKL

       5. Original Scan (Color) of Statement of Willingness to Pay UKT

       6. Original Scan (Color) of Receipt of UKT Payment from BANK

       7. Original Scan (Color) of Statement Letter as a New Student

       8. Original Drug Free Certificate accompanied by lab results. from Hospitals/Puskesmas/Clinics/BNN

       9. Original Scan (Color) Proof of Data Correctness Results

       10. Original Scan (Color) of Proof of KIP-K Registration (If KIP-K Recipient)

       11. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Card (If KJP Holder)

       12. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Account Book (If KJP Holder)

       13. Original Scan (Color) of KJP Statement Letter to KJMU (If KJP Holder)
2. Prospective students will have their rights as new UPN Veteran Jakarta students canceled if it turns out that:
   1. Does not fulfill the student admission requirements as stated above;
   2. Providing false information;
   3. Late re-registration (registration) according to the schedule that has been submitted.
   
   
3. If a prospective student has been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta and then withdraws, then all fees paid will not be returned .
